Seems like a lot of Carats (Seventeen fans) checked into this hotel for the Nagoya concerts :) We were welcomed by a Seventeen related fanart in the lobby. Staffs are very accomodating, they let us checkin before 2pm since room was already prepared. Towels are replaced daily, room was cleaned on Dec3 (we were not expecting it as we thought it will be cleaned on Dec4 already). Place was very near to the shopping malls around Sakae. Although the streets nearby can get a bit rowdy since nightlife is very evident, it's okay to walk anyway. Will probably check into this place again when we revisit Nagoya!

My dad and I recently had a fantastic stay here. We were looking for a relaxing getaway, and this hotel perfectly delivered. The location was ideal - close to several convenience stores and restaurants, so finding food and supplies was a breeze. Yet, despite the convenience, the hotel itself was incredibly peaceful. My mother traveled from Hokkaido with a free plan to this hotel, while my daughter booked this hotel through Agoda from Osaka. I informed the hotel in advance that we hoped to have rooms on the same floor, and they responded that they couldn’t guarantee it but would try to accommodate us. Upon check-in, they had prepared rooms facing each other on the same floor, which made it very convenient for us to visit each other during our stay. We had a wonderful time on our three-generation family trip. The front desk staff and the cleaning staff were all friendly, greeted us with smiles, and were very courteous.

“1 Night Stay in Early January 2024”
Reception and rooms were clean. Check in was smooth. Room decor wasn't great but it was interesting to see that each floor of the hotel had a different theme. One problem I experienced was that the air-conditioning in my room was not working at it was quite stuffy in my room so I had to open the window to let the air circulate. This was not much of a problem for me as I found the outside air to be a comfortable temperature for me at that time. This is subjective but it might affect other guests differently. There was a small tear in my bedsheet when I arrived, but it was not a problem for me.
