Very satisfied..The hotel is right in front of the centrum night market. Parking is right in front of the hotel but it depends on luck. Near the bottom of the hotel there is Kopi Kaw Kaw. No need to worry about eating. The uncle who mans the counter is very friendly & welcomes with a smile. The room is very clean & comfortable. There is breakfast that you have to pick up at the stall and pack now. Very delicious. A deposit of RM100 is required & will be returned after check out. Will definitely book here again.

Sadly, The room that I have booked this time was not clean. The wash room and the room was dirty and smelly. When we complaint, they said they will send housekeeping. But I would have appreciate if they would check the cleanliness before we check in. This is my second booking at Lavie Hotel. Last time the room was really nice and clean. So as for this time kinda dissapointed. No parking was provided. So quite hard to find the parking especially in the night due to the night market at Centrum. Other that that, facilities was all fine. Water, heater was provided. My opinion is just to improve the cleaniness.

I recently stayed at Hotel Lavie and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money, especially considering its strategic location — just a short walk from Centrum Night Market and the mall, which is very convenient for food and shopping. The room was clean, and I appreciated the Netflix access on the TV, which was a nice touch for relaxing at night. The bathroom was spotless, which is always a big plus. However, my stay in Room 403 had a few minor drawbacks. The room was a bit cramped, and it was hard to find enough space for praying comfortably. Also, the soundproofing could be better — I could hear noise from the neighboring room, which may disturb light sleepers. Other than these small issues, everything else was great. The staff was friendly, and I had no major problems throughout my stay. I would still recommend this hotel, especially for short stays and for those looking for convenience and cleanliness at a reasonable price.
