The newly built hotel had great facilities, and the staff were extremely friendly, making for a pleasant trip. I left my room late in the morning due to a busy schedule, and the maid who was cleaning the other rooms asked if I needed any more towels or water and left them in my room before leaving. I usually use a lot of towels, so I was worried about running out since there was only one towel in the room. I was grateful that she took care of it first. Also, we had a problem with the TV connection in our room, but when we told the front desk, they immediately checked the TV and fixed the connection. We also asked about the pillows not being comfortable, and they provided us with a slightly lower pillow, which allowed us to sleep well. The amenities were plentiful and offered various types, but disposable razors were not provided free of charge, so it would be better to bring your own if you need them.

Hotel is one stop away from Busan station, walkable distance even with luggage. Place is clean, staffs are friendly. Only disappointment is that had opted for additional bed and paid for additional bed, but was given mattress instead. Would be perfect if it’s stated more clearly that it is not a bed. Nevertheless would stay in this place again when visiting busan in the future!

The Hinoki double room was very spacious, the bathroom is luxurious with the onsen spa feel. For those that’s particular about room size, comfort and cleanliness. This hotel is for you. However, wasn’t impressed by the location because it’s located inside a residential like area, with commercial shops in the area, such as car workshops. The location definitely doesn’t feel touristy though location is really near Busan station (by car & train, walking is abit tough tho its jus a straight route)

The Hotel is very close to Busan Station so it’s very convenient to walk to or transit to. The rooms are clean and the staff are very helpful. Our room was extremely hot when we entered and when called the front desk they helped us adjust the temperature of the room. Overall the hotel was very pleasant to stay at and we would stay there again.
