You can walk to SM Mall and traditional market nearby. Also, there is Session Road, the busiest street in Baguio, where you can feel the energy of young people. The facilities are not very modern, but comfortable, and the staff are friendly.

Me and my friend arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, so we decided to stay in the lobby right in front of the reception's desk while waiting for the check in time (2 PM). No one tried to approach or accomodate us, which was fine at first. When I decided to ask the man at the desk about our room's availability, he sounded passive aggressive and asked why we didn't ask anyone. There was also a time that the elevator wasn't working when we just came from the market and our room is on the 6th floor. It was quickly fixed though. I also needed an iron for my clothes but they don't have any. The room we availed didn't have a fridge & oven, but I think it's the same for all of the rooms (not sure). The water pressure of the shower was also a bit weak, so we had to make do with filling up the pail with it. Despite these, we liked our stay overall. We got what we need - a room for 2 with a working hot shower and a nice view of the outside. There's a drawer/cabinet with hangers where you can put your stuff, a vanity table, slippers, a telephone to call the reception, 2 beds with 1 pillow each and a comforter, and an electric fan. It's cold during the night, there's no need to turn on the fan. In the morning, you just need to go down between 7-9 AM at the reception desk to avail your pinoy breakfast (this is not free, we paid for it). The coffee they gave us are instant coffees, but it's okay for me I guess. Just don't expect too much. This hotel is already affordable and decent, and the location is very ideal. When we got stuck in the Baguio and night markets, we just walked to the hotel. The lady staffs are kind, too. They have 2 Wi-Fis as well.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel 45 in Baguio City for three days and two nights, and it was a wonderful experience. Staff: The staff at Hotel 45 were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made sure that I felt comfortable throughout my stay. Their dedication to excellent service truly stood out. Facilities: The hotel facilities were impressive. Everything was clean and well-maintained, from the lobby to the dining area. The attention to detail in maintaining the facilities added to the overall positive experience. Room: My room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed provided a great night's sleep, which was much needed as I had to work during my stay. The room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it a perfect home away from home. Although my visit was primarily for work and I didn't get to explore Baguio, the comfort and convenience provided by Hotel 45 made my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Baguio City, whether for business or leisure. It's a great place to unwind and relax.

we booked an overnight stay. however we arrived around 6am in the hotel. were hoping to just drop our bags to the receptionist area and checkin at 2pm but she said we can have am early checkin worth 650 so we grabbed it to rest and cleanup. after our checkout which was 12nn. theyre kind to let us leave our bags which were 3bags in total coz our travel to manila was still at 4:30pm and we feel like its a hassle to bring it all while going somewhere else. and we had our lunch at sm and went to church. i find this service very convenient to us so we can explore baguio hassle free. my only downside here is they is.. just minimal. just fyi so you can be ready in case.. they have no free shampoo/conditioner. just pair of toothbrush and toothpaste which is hard to open lol. they also have 2 mini soaps and a tissue. they also have complementary water bottles. their pillows are soft so it feels like you have no pillow lol. but our sleep was very good. maybe were too tired to walk all day. the hotel is very very convenient location wise. so near in sm baguio and church. walkable to burnham park and session road. however with all the ups and downs lol you can walk for maybe half a day but after that, you can have taxis. its hard to walk all thru out the day eventho its.an excercise but the uphill downhill thing can really be so tiring honestly lol. overall great experience.

In terms of location it is near to SM, Burnham park, Baguio Cathedral, session road walking distance enough to walk and roam around the session road. Free Breakfast with coffee preferred if they also have stick Nescafé is good makes you full to start with day. Also, there is a TV but not working at least it works to watch local channel in Baguio or Netflix. They will provide towel, water, toothpaste/brush, shampoo, heater is working, the room is clean. Surely I will book again in this Hotel. Thank you so much!!!!
