The staff interactions were really friendly and pleasant. They kindly helped move our luggage and were attentive during phone interactions, which was impressive. However, the issue seemed to start after using the swimming pool. I thought it would be great to have at least a mini drying rack to hang up swimsuits or wet clothes. It was also disappointing that there was no microwave in the room to heat up food for kids, considering there are many family travelers. The television seemed a bit outdated as well. Nowadays, popular platforms like YouTube and Netflix aren't available, leaving only local broadcasting for the kids to watch, which was a letdown. Furthermore, while the room elevator was narrow, the moldy smell inside the elevator was also quite unpleasant. Overall, the interior of the room was clean and nice, but there are some detailed shortcomings. Also, when I went to have dinner after 6 PM at the dining area below the check-in center, the prices seemed to average around 30,000 won. I felt that spending that much for that level of quality was a bit much. I think there needs to be some improvement in the food menu.
I visited Ananti Namhae with my parents and had a really great time. The accommodation was overall cozy and comfortable, making it perfect for the family to relax. With various amenities available, there was no dull moment, and especially since guests could use the pool for free, we had a lot of fun swimming together with my parents. Although it was just a one-night stay, I felt a bit regretful because the breakfast was really delicious, and I thought it would be nice to stay a bit longer next time. The staff were friendly, and the overall service was excellent, making it a satisfying trip. Thank you for creating good memories! I would like to visit again next time. 😊

In conclusion, a resort worth the money. To start with the disadvantages: 1) It is quite far away. 2) There are no facilities nearby, and you have to drive to a convenience store at the resort entrance. 3) The breakfast price is quite high. For families who don't eat a lot like ours, it can be a burden. 4) There are no beaches accessible by foot from the resort. 5) The swimming pool is somewhat small. Now, to talk about the advantages: 1) Despite being a resort in a remote area, the staff’s level of kindness is quite high. 2) The room conditions are good. It shows signs of age but is well-maintained. 3) The quality of food and beverages provided by Eternal Journey and Watch Your Step is good. (The prices aren’t great but they are worth it.) 4) The outdoor pool is free, and the indoor pool is free for two guests per night, which is nice. The towel service by the pool is generous. The photos taken at the indoor pool are amazing. 5) Since it’s a resort with a golf course, the landscaping within the resort is well-maintained.
