The buffet for lunch, dinner, and breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and very tasty food throughout. My recent stay at Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon was a mix of wonderful experiences and a few disappointments. The hotel itself is good, boasting an excellent location and amazing ocean views from every room. The view is especially stunning in the evening during sunset 🌅. The buffets at the restaurant offer a wide variety of meal options, and the food quality is superb. The breakfasts were particularly impressive, with a great selection of fruits that reminded me of what you would typically find in luxury resorts. The hosts and waitstaff provided outstanding service, with Sanjeewa standing out for his exceptional attention. Additionally, housekeeping was excellent. Dinesh, the room boy, was very polite, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. A big thank you to Dinesh for his attentive service and the small gift from Sri Lanka 😊. One concern during our stay was the behavior of some guests. Despite the best efforts of the hardworking staff to accommodate guests and make them feel at home, some guests displayed uneducated and rude behavior. It was unfortunate to see them treating the diligent staff poorly. A specific incident at the restaurant during breakfast involved two local ladies with low-quality behavior. They roamed around the buffet, eating directly from the plates. When they decided they wanted fresh omelets, they rudely pushed past a gentleman who was first and me, who was standing next. Politely telling them there was a queue was unsuccessful, as they seemed extremely hungry despite already eating from the buffet. It was disheartening to see the chef smiling and taking their order, seemingly encouraging this type of behavior. It would be better to politely ask such guests to wait their turn. Another issue was the lack of consideration from other guests, who would shout, scream, and bang doors in their rooms, forgetting that others were also staying in the hotel. The managers seemed a bit apathetic, merely roaming around without engaging with the guests or showing interest in their stay, which was quite strange for a 5-star hotel or may be my expectations to high 🤷🏻♀️ In conclusion, Hikka Tranz by Cinnamon is a good place with its main selling point being the turtles right in front of the hotel every morning. The staff are very polite and attentive, but the misbehavior of some guests made our stay less enjoyable. However, I understand that the staff can do little about the guest's behavior.

Overall stay was nice even though we booked a king room they give us a twin room but that was ok room was clean and good, only bad experience though parking because it was weekend place was packed and had to park in there garden area and when we checked out it was covered with bird poop, they could at least wash it down by spring water but they didn’t, so if your travel by car try to park there main parking area at least your vehicle will safe 😅
