I was wondering if I could check in since I arrived late at night (around 23:50), but the staff at the front desk kindly helped me. The next day, I went out for breakfast around 9:40, and even though the staff was already finishing up, they prepared breakfast for me when they saw me, and I felt really sorry and grateful. I was struggling with how to use the equipment, but they kindly showed me how to use it. After checking out, I left some things behind and went back to retrieve them, and the staff sitting in the lobby personally brought my lost items from the room. Everyone was really kind... With such a good location (10-minute walk from Namchuncheon Station), free breakfast, provided amenities, and kind service at this price, I had a great stay for one night! Thank you!
We stayed here with our two young children and loved the hotel and location. It’s a great value for the price with clean and minimal design. The location was within walking distance to great restaurants and a river lined with beautiful cherry blossom trees. The staff was friendly and accommodating - allowing us to check in hours before check-in time. There was also a very nice amenity kit provided complimentary in our room.
I don't know the neighborhood well, so I can't comment on the location, which is why I gave it four stars. The bedding is comfortable, and while it's not perfectly clean in every corner, it's cleaner than our house. Parking seems convenient compared to the number of rooms (other places nearby have parking wars), and the breakfast service is great. The coffee is delicious too!
Chuncheon is in a location with good accessibility. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area and a concentrated hotel zone, which made it comfortable. In particular, the concept of the remodeled hotel, with its user-centered compact structure, was very convenient. However, the condition of some of the provided amenities seems to need inspection, and the HDMI splitter connecting to the projector appears to need replacement. Proactive measures and management seem necessary.

“Exceeded my expextation!!”
There's nothing I want more, a good nice sleep and that's all! We requested high floor and got a room on 7th floor (highest), the hotel room are clean, except for some dirt which keep coming our from in between the bathroom tiles, which we manage to deal with by wearing the in rool slippers they provided. Everything was prepared new for us, even a new comb still in plastic. Really I didn't expect this much for the price paid. Includes simple rice and side dishes breakfast too!!
