Stayed in March 2025. Had 2 rooms for 3 days on the 10th floor. House keeping lady was wonderful , polite and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and had most of the Breakfast essentials. Please keep changing it. Room service shuts off around 8 or 9 pm for the day, found that strange. Clean rooms, perfect location, value for money. Will stay again.

Decoration is minimalist, making the rooms feel un-personal. All basics are there and in working order, however the safe is small, and the shower is not comfortable (too narrow and cannot hang the shower properly). A bit bland for the price
I travel with a autistic teenager and the service is very good helpful with bags phone calls if needed, very close to all shops beach 🏖️ walking street 🙂

Enjoyed my stay here, close to the beach and staff were very helpful
Most of the whole trip was fine for me and my parents until checkout. I reached the lobby for checkout and right away one male staff told me that one glass is gone from the room. That wasn’t even any call for cleaning lady to check the room yet. So I told him to recheck, his answer was just “ah its all ok”. And the checkout is done. That was a bad service for such a well known hotel.

This is good location you will find also for Indian there is nearby restaurant called Amritsar hotel

This only has a swimming pool but no spa pool. Doesn't have a sauna or a steam room. The shower has no shelf to put any items. They provide soap but no soap container to store it once it's wet. The lifts are dark and dingy and hard to see the floor levels.

Az elhelyezkedés remek, az épületbe belépve minden impozáns, egyébként más jót nem tudok elmondani. Kérésünkre kétszer takarították ki az átvett szobát, nem sikerült. A takarító ajánlotta, hogy vegyünk fel papucsot. A berendezés kopott, törött. A fürdőszoba elhasznált. Az erkély használhatatlan, koszos, nincs bútor. Erkélyajtót nem lehetett becsukni, függöny leszakadva. A recepció nem segítőkész. Ezért az árért többet vártunk. A név más minőségre utal, az egész szálloda erősen felújítandó.
Megértjük, hogy minden vendégünknek eltérő elvárásai lehetnek, és sajnáljuk, hogy nem sikerült megfelelnünk az Önéinek. Minden észrevételét figyelembe vesszük és javítani fogjuk a felvetett problémákat. Nagyra értékeljük az értékelését, és köszönjük, hogy megosztotta velünk tapasztalatait

The location is very good, we got the ocean view room. Very near Pattaya Beach road, many spa, clubs, restaurants, near walking street and bali hai pier

I have to be honest this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in around the world. Normally there may be a couple of things wrong but this is so much more. First you have 2 tiny lifts servicing the hotel, not only will they hold maybe 4 grown adults only but they are pitch black inside you can’t see the floor numbers! Let alone security for ladies, anyone can use the lift to any floor, poor security! No sound proofing in the corridors so anyone walking past your room talking, screaming will wake you up and yes it happened every night so far. Rooms are all tile floors very slippery! Bed is the hardest I have ever slept on. Basic mattress on top of mdf board! No base! Room is basic tv is tiny. Nothing in the mini bar but still required to pay 1000 bht security fee. Bathroom is tired. Now breakfast, this was such a let down. 400 bht and a selection of about six hot dishes only plus hot sausages and hot fried and scrambled eggs. Sound good? Try every dish including pre cooked fried eggs were cold! Yes the fried eggs were pre cooked and left to sit getting cold. All the hot dishes were still cold 90 minutes after breakfast opened! I cut into the egg yolk and something came out that should not have been inside the yolk. It looked like a green worm. I took a photo and quickly left. I am staying for a week and will not go for breakfast again and will never stay at this hotel again. Better hotel and breakfast across the road, goggle it ))

I had the privilege of staying in this hotel over the Firework festival weekend. The location &value for money are excellent. The rooms are lovely, try to get a sea view room. I will definitely stay there again .
Nice hotel but was charged 6600 bht for one night not worth it
it’s a normal hotel. Plus point for location if you want to be in the hustle and bustle of the main thoroughfare of Pattaya Beach
Booked hotel for Pattaya International fireworks night. Hotel face beach area but the room we had was facing the side that can’t see fireworks. The hotel had 3rd floor swimming pool rooftop area for dinning that evening and booked. It was a great choice for viewing firework.
The room is very spacious and clean. I booked the sea view and it's amazing. Near to restaurants, bars and malls.
I had the most pathetic stay at this place , not worth at all. The walls are stained with idk what. The floor is not clean. The breakfast is shit and whole place was so unclean. The lady at reception was rude enough to say come back at 3 pm for checkin which good hotel which is not fully booked can’t give you early check in ? The hotel looks amazing from outside but is equally dirty from inside
Good location is what sets it apart from others.
Rooms very basic , but modern up to a point . 2 major cons there is never hot water and I mean never . And the mattress is the main reason I would never go back . You would be better sleeping on the floor . Location excellent staff and cleaners really good so no qualms with that . But would I go back …………NEVER .
Rude staff
We haven’t received any confirmation after booking, We haven’t come, haven’t stayed, taking our money for not staying there! We were ripped off Agoda haven’t sent confirmation emails, and I got technical issues to login Agoda to check my booking status. Bad experience ever
Really narrow shower and you can't hang shower sprayer higher. You have to hold it the entire time. Elevator is really slow. No room safe. It's in a really good location, close to everything! It's a good 3 star hotel. 4 star if they fix the problems.
Included breakfast was ok. The LK Empress breakfast has a much better selection. Room was clean.
