"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for only a night as we are only in London to see a show. I was looking for a cheap hotel near Zone 1 so that we don't need to travel long. I wasn't fussy about what hotel as long as we can get a cheap and clean accommodation. The hotel has surpassed all my expectations. The room was clean and comfy, shower was amazing, there was complimentary cereal and juice in the fridge, and coffee and tea facilities. Plus, here was a small table and chair for us to use which made the room appear to be like a suite. Perfect! I would definitely book with them again."

"My girlfriend and I turned up in the morning after a long night out in London and were offered an early check in. The French guy was very well mannered and done everything he could to help our needs. We have stayed here a few times in the past and have never had any trouble ordering a drink at the bar, however the guy working the next night shift was trying to refuse to serve my girlfriend any drinks because someone he was too busy sorting out breakfast at 3:30am? We both found him rude and unhelpful. He seemed to hate his job. Overall it was a good stay. "
