Well maintained hotel”
Room and facilities are well maintained. There are day and dark out curtains. Mini bar is complimentary. Extra complimentary drinks at the lobby. Gym looks decent. There’s a squat rack with oly bar, dumbbell rack, some machines, cardio machines. Lots of food option around. A few good bars nearby too. There’s a supermarket 2-3 minute walk away. Poor sound ventilation between rooms and corridor. I suffered 2 hours from some wild child crying. Hotel could be more environmentally friendly by not changing towels daily and encouraging recycling of trash. Pick up shuttle can be over capacity and you may not get a seat even if you were there earlier, since some people dash for the shuttle like their life depended on it. But no frets if you can’t match their level of barbarism, 10 minutes is not very far and you probably don’t expend enough calories daily.

2nd time at hotel in a month”
Already loved the room; the environment cultivated is both sophisticated and puts one at ease the moment you check-in. I stayed here for 5 days at the beginning of November. This time they were overbooked due to a wedding reception, so upon checking in they immediately upgraded me to a nicer suite on the 25th floor. Same great experience: comfortable accommodation, wonderful staff, very clean - this time equipped with a washer/dryer in unit, as well as a full kitchen with dishes.....and an even better panoramic view of downtown Bangkok. I will note that the pool was closed on my last full day of my stay, however, access to the property's neighboring apartment pool was permitted. Again, they seem to take care of anything one could want or need to be comfortable while visiting Bangkok. Personally can't wait to book here again.

First time in Bangkok!”
Originally booked another hotel, but loved the photos of the rooms here, so I reserved GCP Sukhumvit 55 instead. Worked out well: Hotel is beautiful, inside and out. Staff are all very polite, professional and eager to help at all times. English fluency among the staff is more than adequate. I chose the executive king: living room & bedroom are equipped with black-out, automated shades, as well as sunscreens; carpeted bedroom; bathroom has a full size tub, separate waterfall shower head, and a bidet (seat is heated). Bed was extremely comfortable! The room was immaculately clean. As a smoker, I was glad they were one of the few hotels that allowed smoking in designated rooms on designated floors. By the way, the panoramic views of downtown were fantastic (try to get a room above the 12th floor). Nearby I was able to get my fill of japanese, vietnamese, and singapore-style ramen. True coffee (half-block south of the hotel) makes great lattes, if you don't like NesCafe. Nightclubs right around the corner, but I think most folks head down to the night markets, Soi cowboy etc. Pool area was very well maintained: clean all throughout, beautiful views, outdoor showers, gym is adjacent (in case you want to take a dip right after a workout). The water was chilly when I took a dip, but with the humidity you may find you like it. I didn't try the Onsen sauna & spa, but will most likely upon returning to Bangkok. Also, there is a 3,000 baht deposit made in cash (possibly card) upon check-in, but is fully refunded upon departure sans room charges. They also accommodate currency exchange, but not sure what the service charge is (easier to get it done as soon as you get off the plane at a kiosk, in my opinion). No onsite bar, so swing by 7/11 to pick up beer or liquor. Other than that, if you forget a toothbrush - don't worry: they already left you a fresh one in the bathroom. The BEST Time”
We arrived after a long trip from the islands, and after we found out there are two "Grande Centre Point" Hotels in Bangkok! and drove more than a hour to find it out and drive al the way back to this hotel in Sukhumvit. The stuff are very friendly, the room is super clean, they leave bottles of water, some snacks and juices in the fridge! The bed is super comfy and the view is mesmerizing!!! They have 0lenty of facilities, and the breakfast is super rich and tasty. We had an amazing time in our last days in Thailand.

I stayed here for the last two nights of a long trip around Thailand, and it was a great end to the trip. We found the rooms to be of a great size, very clean and all comfortable. They have a gym and a rooftop bar and all kept in great condition. The location is good for restaurants and easy to get to the trains to see more of Bangkok. I'd definitely recommend staying here .

The hotel is a 10-minute walk to Thong Lo BTS or you can take the hotel’s shuttle tuk tuk which leaves every 20 mins Stunning property with great facilities, like sauna, steam and two hot tubs - it felt like a luxurious spa. The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would stay here again next time I’m in Bangkok

No regrets ”
Situated in an ideal location , just 5 min ride to the station Thong Lor which the hotel provide a shuttle for passengers. Surrounding the hotels are a wide range of japanese restaurants. The famous Mae Varee mango sticky rice is just 15 min walk away and again the shuttle takes you there too ! The hotel itself is great, clean and nice staff, room is big and spacious. The onsen spa within the hotel is at reasonable price. The gym and the pool are great too! Highly recommend this to family or couples ! Many vegetarian option around the area too - there is japanese vegan ramen, thai restaurant that offers vegan option and also a vegetarian shabu-shabu !

Good location hotel in Thong lor area”
I would like to recommend this hotel to travelers in Bangkok's Thonglor area. Clean rooms and friendly staff service. There are famous clubs and restaurants around the hotel, and they operate a shuttle to BTS Thonglor. The hotel has a Let's Lilrex massage shop and it wasn't a good massage shop across from the hotel.

A nice stay”
The hotel was good and we did have a great stay there. Only one thing which disappointed us was that the room type we booked from the app was not matched with what we stayed in. We then discovered from other reviews that this was a recurrent problem. It really upset us when we were told that the room we booked did not include an Onsen Pass, under the booking of the room Onsen Delux from the app (and this room type did cost much than the Superior Delux). If we had known this, we would not have booked this room type.

I chooses this hotel as it’s close to my work place. booked for 5 nights 6days, I have to say it’s great hotel & I’m so glad that I chooses to stay in this hotel. A few points to share 1) room is very clear which I love it 2) staffs are super nice including room cleaning unties , so polite, well trained 3) hotel offered me free transportation to nearby supermarket & shopping center which is awesome 4) location is very good , shape convenient. What can improve : breakfast all quite cold , especially porridge , not warm enough. So far love it , will stay again .

First time we have used this hotel in Bangkok and won’t be the last, We checked in for 1 night only but decided to extend since we really want to explore all the amenities. Amazing from start to end. We love this hotel. An executive suite on a high floor is the way to go; a wall of windows in the living room, and bedroom, spotless, modern bathroom and a very comfortable king bed. Staff is attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Buffet breakfast is well stocked and plentiful. A fifteen minute walk to BTS (or convenient hotel shuttle), but surrounded by shops and restaurants.

Travelled in late March under the old Test & Go restrictions. Positives: + Prompt and friendly staff (airport pick up, PCR test, check in process) + Complimentary shuttle transfer to BTS + Clean room, huge bed + Let's Relax onsen on site, convenient & was very clean as well. Downsides: - Tried to contact property via Agoda/ email regarding my booking but there wasn't any response. Finally managed to speak with someone over FB messenger and replies were prompt there.

Is a 5 nights stay.. Room is clean and new. Multi international socket plug is a plus. Love the toilet with the automated heated seat and flushing system! Many good local restaurant and Japanese food nearby that you will be spoiled for choices. Not to forget the pub and disco just steps away at night for some drinks. Massage parlor and Onsen in the hotel give you the convenient for a chill relax trip. There are many more other massage parlors, manicure pedicure nearby this hotel too. Breakfast spread is delicious too with the clean environment to start your day! Hotel provided Tuk tuk service that give you the ride to the nearest Thong Lor BTS station with ease from the walking. Will be back with this hotel for my next stay in Bangkok!

An Excellent Choice”
Great value for money. Very clean and awesome hotel situated in a vibrant and happening area. Hospitality is fabulous. The BTS station is a 20 minute walk though but the hotel shuttle is available every half hour.
