Perfect in every way”
My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights mid December. Booked 2 Grand suites. Receptionist welcome was so warm and friendly. Rooms were huge with sitting lounge, dining n a kitchen equipped with regular-sized fridge and microwave. There is also a washing machine WITH drying function - a rarity in hotel rooms. Our room had an awesome view of a golf course! Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious with both a bathtub and a shower cubicle. Water pressure was wonderful. I had no issues with water temperature. The daily cleanliness was top-notch. Location was great for us - 10minutes walk to the hub of shopping and food. Pleasant walk as the weather at this time of year is so favourable. Check-out was as warm and hospitable. Thank you Grande Centre Point Ratchadamri for giving us a stay that was perfect in every way!

ONE OF THE BEST STAYS WITH 8 MONTH OLD BABY”
travelled with 8 month old baby. loved the size of the rooms and location to Luang Suan Road. (awesome early morning/afternoon pig trotter rice, coffee and ba mee) It's literally a stones throw from Harbourland which is an amazing place for active children. it's also where the 7eleven is located. the other direction would lead you swiftly to the 4 face Buddha statue that was previously bombed and the platinum mall stretch. tbh I feel its a better location than grand hyatt as you have the Luang Suan option close by. the staff here are nice and accommodating and diligent in cleaning the rooms up. my requests for extra amenities like sewing kit and toilet rolls and towels were quickly and pleasantly fulfilled. I didn't manage to try their breakfast. their food at arun is tasty, we ordered the kra pao and pad see ew to our room, convenient. food delivery riders are familiar with this place and will send your food to the concierge and you usually would receive a room call to say your grab order is here. the bathroom is huge and I brought my own inflatable bath tub. however one gripe is that for the first 4 out of 5 nights my shower water seemed to only get to lukewarm but my 5th night I had a nice hot bath. I'm not sure why but I didn't ask the hotel.. they have nice smelling shower items. the microwave in the room goes up to 800w and just nice for me to use sterilising bags for milk bottles. taxis are easily available as they usually do many drop offs and you get the occasional tuktuk. probably is though, there's a million mosquitoes stalking people in the lobby area 24/7. maybe a lemongrass diffuser might help the problem but if you do come to the hotel lobby wear long sleeves and pants for check in and out cause you'd be standing there for minimum 10mins. ooh there's also a free coffee, tea, hot chocolate dispenser before the lift area, open most of the day.

Thank you for the free upgrade and preparing our 20th wedding anniversary honey moon room for us at 45th floor with a wide brilliant city view. The room was spacious with a dining table, a big refrigerator, a microwave and a washing machine with dryer. Everyday we have free drinks and snacks. The bed was big with the size of 2 super single and there was a sofa beside the window, bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub. Location was superb, walking distance to BTS stations Chit Lom(E1) and Rachadamri(S1) stations, Siam Paragon, Central world and Big C. The staffs here are warm, friendly and helpful, we have a comfortable and unforgettable stay here. Thank you Grande Centre Point Hotel Ratchadamri , we will come back again in future.

Great service! Thai hospitality at its best on the land of thousand smiles. Outstanding service as they go out of their to deliver great service (although as guests we sometimes also have to be kind reasonable too… our money is not everything ;)) Great location as it was within walking distance to BTS and the Erawan Shrine. You could also walk to malls like CentralWorld, Siam area malls - although the Siam malls are also one BTS station away from the nearest Ratchadamri station. Use the BTS and MRT if it is raining and if there is a jam. Save you LOTs of time instead of getting stuck in the jam and a lot of money. Stations are traveler’s friendly. Get a ticket easily from the machine or the control station, and a snack and poncho if it’s raining - all from the stations. Breakfast was okay. Egg omelette was really nice. Although I was half hoping for a Thai themed breakfast. I think the only one Thai food was mooping (grilled pork skewer). Still good to have breakfast in especially if it was raining. It was also easy to get grab food service, Thai McDonald’s dough fritters is a must have with coffee! Most of the food available on grab are good. Will be back again, although I think the hotel property deserves a good lift up and refurbishment as the property seems a little tired. still the service, location and price - this was the BEST deal and a great experience.

Everything is perfect, the room was clean, big and comfortable. The scenery is good and the breakfast buffet is also good, with Asian & Western options to choose from. Washing machine with dryer is great. In additional, soft drinks & snacks provided by hotel provided are all free. This is an added bonus for guests. Amazing!

I'm local Thai. As my house was renovated at that time, I chose to stay here with the only reason that the room comes with a washing machine and microwave without knowing that the hotel provided the test&go service for foreigners. At first, I was worried a bit but felt lots better when the hotel staff informed me that the floor that I lived was set for normal guests. I only needed to be more careful with the public facilities. That's good enough to know. I have stayed here for 15 days and could see that the hotel was very busy from lots of travelers checking in and out, long line everyday but that didn't impact my serenity at all. I'd like to highly pass the gratitude to the housekeeping team. The maid comes to clean my room every day with a polite friendly manner. They care a lot if I eat already, enough water, snack and even remember what I like and don't like. It gives a very good feeling that someone does look after you. They really do their work to ensure I have a perfect stay here. Arun, is the newly opened restaurant at the hotel. The food is pretty awesome and the price is friendly, 80-490 baht per dish. The drink is only 120 baht per glass which is normal price for a local restaurant, not a super overcharged price like the normal hotel lounge. I can limit my meal about 300-400 baht, not bad at all for eating at a hotel everyday. Perfect stay for me and I don't want to leave home :(

The hotel is of walkable distance to many shopping malls such as Centralworld and to BTS station, Mo Chit. The breakfast buffet has a great variety to choose from. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. We love the convenience of the washing machine in the spacious room. However, one thing that can be improved is the temperature of the shower water. The shower water will change to either too hot or too cold and doesn’t stay consistent at the lukewarm setting that I have set. Not sure if this happens to all the rooms. Nonetheless, still a comfortable and pleasant stay :)

Everything about this hotel is amazing! The minute you step into the hotel, it has a welcoming atmosphere and nice warmly fragrance in the lobby. From the friendly staffs to the interior of the room, it is an worth it. Love the free flow (from 7am - 7pm) coffee at the lobby. The room is a great size with a pantry and washer/dryer, bed is very comfy, toilet has bidet and the view we had is amazing. Hotel is accessible via BTS to go around the city. I truly enjoyed my stay and looking forward to staying here again.

Location: Good location but with a little walk to central world and siam area. (Acceptable distance) Cleanliness: Excellent. All well maintained after MCO. Staff: Friendly Facilities: Gym is well maintained after MCO. Lobby providing free flow drink until 7pm and also you can get some snack without going out through the vending machine. Each room having washing machine + dryer( is a plus to me and main reason for me to choose here) Always my top list when travelling to bangkok.

A stay exceeding expectations ”
Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and am grateful for all the staff taking care of us. In particular, the housekeeping staff took initiative to provide more even though I've never made a request. For instance: 1. Knowing that I cook in the room, a dishwashing tray and cleaning towel for the countertop was provided the next day. 2. Extra detergent was provided knowing they I do a lot of washing. 3. Instead of the standard 2 bottles of water per day, 4 bottles were provided each day. I had also once made a request for a few more extra bottles. And they surprised me by giving me a whole carton instead. Apart from the above, the hotel is very prompt to attend to my request for bowls and extra towels. There was also a wheelchair that I borrowed for a moment as my spouse was unwell. The room having a cooking stove and a dryer/washing machine is a great place for a long stay. The rest of the other facilities outside the room, such as the gym and the swimming pool were great as well. There's a steam room and suana as well. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the jacuzzi as it was under maintenance. For the price paid, this place is worth my return when I'm back in bkk.

Superb Hotel”
My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Grande Centre Ratchadamri. The hotel’s location is perfect for going around Bangkok as it is near the Skytrain station literally just 2 minutes walk. Tourist can easily purchase the skytrain tickets from there. It is also near the Sky Walk so we could easily access Siam Paragon and other huge malls around. A lot of restaurants and massage places for options. Their breakfast menu has a huge selection Asian and western. We were so grateful to have an upgrade to a suite room for no extra cost! It was an amazing room with a brilliant view! The bath tub was huge and relaxing. The bed was comfortable. They also have a lot of utilities inside like your own washing machine with detergent provided, and microwave. The room is well-kept! The staff are all nice and professional, it would be good to leave a tip under pillows for the cleaning maintenance people next time! I don’t often choose the same hotel when I go to a place but next time we visit Bangkok I will surely go back to Grande Centre Point!

Since the intended room was overbooked, receptionist was kind enough and gave a free upgrade to the Suite. Room was perfect and clean. There is a coffee machine at the lobby (please try their milk tea, although it's premix it was so good), so you can enjoy that before heading out. Really value for money as you only pay the fraction of the price of surrounding 4/5 stars hotel. 10/15 mins walk to CentralWorld, and the nearest train is Ratchadamri station

A great stay”
We stayed at Grand Centrepoint Ratchadamri for 5 nights and it was a really nice stay. We got the 42nd floor and the view was of the gold club, and it was amazing to see the skyline and the sun sets! The facilities were nice too! We had fun in the baby area, the pool area and of course, how can we forget the free coffee machine downstairs which was a life saver cuz we needed all the hot chocolate and espressos to be charged up to walk around. The room was neat and clean, however, they used to get to leaning our room at around 4ish. The staff was very polite and the manager was really helpful to help get our RTPCR on time. It’s a great service apartment cum hotel! Defo recommend staying here.

We were never so sad to check out of the hotel. Hotel is luxurious, clean, staff is kind and helpful. Rooms are spacious, the view is amazing and you have everything you need even for a longer stay (washing machine with drying option, kitchen, iron etc). Room service is 24/7 and affordable. Area around hotel is safe and walking distance from skytrain station and the most famous shoping malls in Bankgkok. I highly recommend, we hope to come back!

Ideally situated in city, Walking distance to Big C, world centre , pratunum night market. Hotels room is extremely clean and food in restaurant is nice! Highly recommend if you are solo traveller, safe and easy accessible. Hotel equip with washing machine and I like it so much. Don’t worry about your dirty clothes if staying longer in Thailand. 7 days wonderful stay”
Staff was nice and helpful. Check in was smooth, Apartment are big, spacious and clean. Toilet with manual and auto bidet. There are cooking, washer and dryer facilities in the room too. The fridge are big enough to store a lot of drinks and food and there's an microwave oven to heat up your food too. Highly recommended for those who has a big family of young and small kids.

The hotel location is quite convenient and within 10-minute walk to the nearest BTS station, Chit Lom. centralwOrld, Siam Paragon, etc are also quite accessible, within 15-minute walk. We were given a free upgrade and really appreciated for the nice gesture from the hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. However, the water in the shower needs around 5 minutes to heat up. There is quite a variety for breakfast but one may need to queue to enter the restaurant during peak hours.

A little dated but still good value! ”
The location is smashing for me. Near to a BTS, stroll to major malls and restaurants, near to the famous Erawan Shrine. Lovely eatery Arun by See Fah on-site. Staff are always lovely and patient despite pressing long lines and some weird guests at reception. Be nice to them. They can do wonders for you! Concierge always efficiently busy and had a keen eye for anyone requiring assistance. Apartment was a little dated but what a beautiful view! Like I said, be nice and courteous to Reception. Kitchenette in the apartment. I didn’t need to cook so didn’t ask for any cooking pots etc. Microwave was handy. Daily cleaning was efficient and spotless. Pool was a nice size and great for a dip after a hot day in the city! Great stay! Will be back soon!

Pros:- - Nice location, less than 5 mins to BTS Ratchadamri Station. Walkable distance to BTS Siam and Chitlom Station. - Got upgraded to high floor, nice view and quiet. - Big room with a really big bed (double bed room), have microwave oven, washing machine and full size fridge. Cons:- - There is a construction site next to it (their phase 2 hotel), maybe a bit noisy in daily time if your room faced to the site and low floor. - The water pressure in shower is a bit weak for me.
