Never disappoint!”
This is my second time staying in this hotel and I get to witnessed before and after renovation (went during pre-covid sept 2019). Initially I booked another hotel nearby but in the end I still went with my guts to come back here again. All I can say is they never disappoint and with the renovated job done, many facilities has been touched up. The toilets near the swimming pool, the buffet dining concept and even the lobby. Everything just look so fresh and clean again. As for the room, I love how the design is still the same and yet with the little touch up with their brandings on the toiletries. You can have superb view from the rooms and have all the necessities that you need in the room. Hotel staff is always so friendly and welcoming, at one point I felt like I was home again in Bangkok. Location wise the drop off point might be tricky because the main drop off point were along side alley, however there are a few landmarks nearby for easy drop off (eg. Platinum Fashion Mall). And not forgetting there is total of 3-4 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, and Mcdonalds just right downstairs in case you need a quick bite. (Mac closes at 12mn). Thank you Vela Dhi Glow Pratunam (formally known as Glow Pratunam) for the superb service, I am absolutely blown by all the goods in the hotel. Rest assure I will be coming back to you during my next trip to BKK. Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻

Exceptional”
Third time staying at Glow and it is still a great experience. Location is perfect, with McDonalds and Starbucks right at the lobby; it is also just an overhead bridge away from Platinum Mall. It is also within walkable distance to the Pratunam Morning Market, Street Night Market at Palladin as well as Central World, Big C etc via the R-Walk. The staff are polite and friendly, rooms are spacious and clean. Buffet breakfast spread has shrunk as compared to pre-covid times but it is still quite modest and tasty. There is also a massage place on both Level 6 & Level 7 that is open between 11am-2am, convenient for guests to wind down after a long day of walking around. There are a few issues which I faced on this trip though: 1. The air-conditioning seems to be always set at very low temperature, it feels like 18degrees even though the thermostat is set at 30degrees. Not a big issue as Bangkok is really hot so we just toggle the air-con on and off to regulate the room temperature. 2. There are problems with the shower pressure in the room. In the afternoon, it slows to a small trickle. At other times of the day, the cold water will suddenly stop flowing, so the water can get very hot in the middle of your shower. 3. One of the lifts leading up from lobby to the rooms keep opening the doors at level 9 without anyone pressing button for that floor even though level 9 is under-going renovation. It is quite dangerous as only the inner lift door is open and the outer lift door is closed. There is a small gap which things or people can fall through if the lift passengers are not paying attention. The hotel is still a great value for money and a comfortable stay.

Clean and comfortable”
Our 2nd time staying here. Previously it was named "GLOW hotel". Anyways, it's a clean and comfortable hotel. Essentials like toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, soap are provided. Platinum Mall is just opposite. Can find alot of street food below the hotel in the morning. The lift is a little troublesome as you got to take to level 7 from Shibuya Mall (hotel is above the mall) then transfer at level 7 to the hotel's lift. My only gripe is that the room's TV is too outdated. At least a smart tv is expected for a 5 star hotel, no? Please take this feedback into consideration and we will definitely book again next time. Overall, the staffs are friendly and thank you to the bellboy who helped with our heavy luggages!

Just tell drivers that the hotel is at Pratunam Shibuya then they can easily locate the place, otherwise they are not sure by the hotel name. Hotel reception is located at 7th floor of Shibuya building. U can find nice local foods near hotel, convenient location. Staffs are all very friendly, especially their housekeeping staffs. Used the gym, okay for basic exercise needs. Siam Massage located beside their reception. U can find another massage at 6th floor. Our room are cleaned well, bottled water and necessities replenished daily. Hairdryer is provided in the room. The room is spacious and beds are comfy. The water temperature of the shower is not consistent though, guess that is the only area need to improve. Will strongly recommend this hotel.

you might be a little shooketh by the entrance of the hotel since its attached to a mall, but trust me Their lobby is at level 6/7. They have basic pool, outdoor area u can smoke too with grass carpet. ITs a nice place to hang out as well and take photos. ROOM WAS AMAZING. It reminded me of MBS singapore hotel. clean spacious and worth it!

Cleanest hotel ever!”
I’m quite a cleanliness freak and will usually do a wipe down of rooms I visit as soon as I spot stains / dust. However, VELA Dhi Glow surpassed my expectations with its top-notch cleanliness levels! The room and bathroom are the cleanest I’ve ever seen with no stains nor any sewage smell (common for most hotels). Daily housekeeping cleans every spot in the room (if you opt to makeup room) and replaces bedsheets and towels if you place their designated card on them. They provide 4 bottles of drinking water daily, and we usually refill the empty bottles on the way out at lobby L7. Location is great, it’s entrance is right next to a Macs and restaurant (not that delicious tho). You can cut across the same building to get to Pratunam market in the morning too! Also a 5 mins walk to Platinum mall via overhead bridge - we usually drop off our shopping items before our meals nearby. Breakfast variety for cooked food was limited but there is bread, cereal and juice selection to choose from. Highly recommend the omelette which the chef cooks upon ordering!! It was the highlight of my daily breakfast and I had it everyday for all 4 mornings during our stay! Will definitely come back to VELA Dhi Glow again next time I visit BKK 😄

Excellent customer service, clean and spacious rooms”
I reserved a room for my parents-in-law for both their birthdays and the hotel even provided a handwritten card for them upon their arrival! They both loved the room and the location was second to none, located right across from platinum shopping mall, walking distance to Siam Pragon, Central World, Big C Supercentre and etc. Plenty of cheap eats around the morning market, great shopping location and lots of foot massage parlours around the corner (at 200 THB during happy hour). Would recommend to anyone looking to stay around the Pratunam area.

I like the hotel room because it is very clean and all the hotel staffs there are very friendly. I also love the breakfast. The hotel is very near to the phatunam night Market , street food and foot massage. There is a Macdonald right below the hotel. You can shop at platinum Mall just opposite the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely come back again. 🥰👍

Pleasant stay at superb location”
Located right opposite of platinum mall with access to many eateries, massage places and shopping place in walking distance. The bed was big and comfy and the room was spacious and clean. The hotel staff services are pretty good too, we’re so welcomed upon step into the hotel. The only down side is the shower water pressure seems not too consistent, however it doesn’t affect our overall stay. Will come back to this hotel again for our next Bangkok trip.

We paid $100/night for a twin room with breakfast. Very good location, variety of breakfast spread, reception always there and they can help to book for airport transfer. It’s one hotel that’s so convenient to access all the shopping places around! I wanna go back again! By the way room is clean spacious and bed is comfortable although the pillows a little too soft

Good location, newly renovated”
The hotel just underwent renovation, everything was clean new and welcoming. We were extremely pleased with our room, we got a room on the 19th floor with great view. The aircon was also especially cold, a good escape from Bangkok’s sweltering weather. The location of the hotel was also exceptional. Shopping places like Pratunam market, City Complex and Krung Thong Mall is just below. There is also easy access to food with the market nearby and esp with macdonald’s downstairs being 24hours. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to help you with anything like googling places you wish to visit and helping with your luggages. The housekeeping team also did an exceptionally good job keeping our rooms clean and welcoming every day. The hotel also provides bottled water for guests and it is replenished everyday! I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit Bangkok again :) A definite too choice!

the hotel was really clean and the hotelier, Chart, was very helpful and friendly. there were some other really helpful staff but i didn’t get to know their names. enjoyed my 4 nights there. there’s mcdonald’s and starbucks just below the hotel. three 7-11 (one on left, one on right, another opposite). lotsa street food just below hotel and location is just opposite platinum fashion mall and v v near to pratunam market which is a plus point. would love to stay again during my next visit 🤗

1st choice Hotel in Bangkok ”
In fact, I only stay in GLOW hotel whenever I travel to Bangkok. This time round, I went with afew friends. When I booked online, we requested for connecting room but was told there is no connecting room after booking online. Upon arrival, the front desk staff asked are we okay with a twin bed and 1 king bed and the room will be side by side connected. I'm so glad and happy at least the staff make an effort. In fact, out of the 4 travelling, I'm the only one stayed in Glow before but all my friends as impressed and love GLOW after the 4 days stay. I would said the location of the hotel is excellent. The room was huge and importantly is was cleaned, aircon is great, and they just renovated not long ago. Although the swimming pool look small but is nice, new, beautiful. Staff are really friendly, be it is the front desk staff , the SIAM massage&SPA staff, the staff that assist us with luggage, esp the hotel manager Mr Hans. Once we step out from downstairs, they had lots of fashion shops , near to eateries, walking distance to Platinum Mall, Pratunam night market, Big C, Siam square, etc We only paid for 1 day hotel Breakfast here as there is too many great food and variety for us to try. So far the hotel breakfast was really great. During our breakfast, their hotel manager Mr Hans went over to greet us and even suggested many places that we can visit and that extra service helps us on our trip here. We are impressed by Mr Hans great hospitality service. He even went to all tables to greet the guest and this something we don't see in other places. Definitely we will come back again esp the group of friends who is with me shared that i make the best choice and best decision to stay in GLOW. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay with GLOW, and we understand that GLOW will be soon name as Veladh. Nevertheless this hotel will definitely be our 1st choice.

Great location ”
We booked a double bed single room, the hotel was located inside Shibuya mall at level 7 which was easily accessible with fashion stores, Macdonald and Starbucks at level 1. There are many street foods, massage salon within walking proximity and platinum mall just opposite our hotel. The room is very clean and spacious for 2 pax, I really love the bed and pillow ( need 2 pillows at least per pax) which was so comfy and soft. Not to mention, the staff is also very helpful to bring our luggages down and flag cab for us on our departure date. Will definitely be back.

Located just opposite Platinum mall/beside Krung Thong Plaza - super easy to drop off your buys and go back for another round. Within 2 mins walk to at least 3 convenience stores, 3mins walk to massage, 5 mins walk to Pratunam market, 10mins walk to Centralworld/Big C. Easy to get taxi at the entrance of hotel however expect some negotiations. The only downside was it is about 10-15mins walk to Ratchaprarop station (train to airport), might not work very well for travelers with big heavy luggages and elderly. Would not be a problem for able-bodied young adults! Room was spacious and clean. Front desk and hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Overall great value and service. We enjoyed our stay and only wish we had stayed longer. Will book again for future trips to BKK!

My first time staying and thru friend recommendation. Hotel manage to give me connecting room for 5 pax and this really important for me. Hotel aircon in room is adjustable but still really cold. Highly recommended, will come back against! Clean! Good service! Nice staff! Lurge and comfortable rooms! All completed! Opposite is Platinum mall, at the back is Pratunam fashion market/ night market/ baiyoke sky buffet, below hotel got Starbucks, MacDonald, surrounding a lot of food and massage centres. Near by center world 6th floor got massage centres call siam very good service and environmental. The bell boy was very kind , helpful and good service!

Location is good, 7-11 beside it with a short walk. mcdonald is just downstairs together with a restaurant. Platinum mall is just diagonally opposite Glow. You can take the sheltered bridge all the way to siam paragon.
