It is a very clean and lovely spot. It’s right across the road from the water, you can hear the waves a bit when you open the window. It’s not far from some very fancy hotels and restaurants -, which have crowds of people on the beaches unlike where this is quieter. It’s really great they allow pets, yet keep everything so clean and pristine. Only suggestion I might make is choose the highest floor to avoid a bit of electrical wires in your huge window view.
