Great Location and Value, but Verify Room Details”
Tuscany Hotel is formerly known as Eurotel. It was acquired by Tuscany, so don't expect everything to be new and clean. You need to call housekeeping if you want to change towels, rags, or clean the room because they won't knock on your door to offer new towels or clean the room. This isn't a 5-star hotel with extensive service, so take the initiative. We were 3 adults and 1 child who is 4 years old, so the child stayed for free. It's cheaper and better than Airbnbs because breakfast is included, and it's very close to tourist spots, the public market, and restaurants, especially Good Taste! You can easily catch a taxi right outside the hotel if you want to ride. Everything is within walking distance. There's no veranda, but that's okay since you're in Baguio to explore. I was a bit disappointed because the first room they gave us had only 1 bed, even though our booking confirmation clearly stated 2 beds. When I complained, they said, "The deluxe room is supposed to have only 1 bed," but it was clear that our Agoda booking confirmation indicated 2 beds. Fortunately, they eventually gave us a room with 2 beds since it was documented by Agoda. To avoid confusion, I recommend calling the hotel first to confirm that they have prepared a room with 2 beds as per your Agoda booking. This way, you won't be surprised when you arrive. It's unclear whether the issue is with Agoda's documentation or Tuscany's internal processes, so it's better to confirm first. Regarding the parking lot, if you have seniors or children with you, drop them off at the lobby first. When we parked in the basement, we found out the elevator there was broken, so we had to go back up since we had seniors and a child with us. We did find parking in their elevated parking lot, but it's first-come, first-served as the parking area isn't very large. As for ghosts, we didn't experience any supernatural occurrences, probably because we were good guests. I even hung out alone at the fire exit early in the morning, and nothing happened.
