Clean, relatively modern, a location for locals rather than tourists but was useful for train station and boats.
A pleasant stay. We chose this place specifically for the washing machine, which was great. No dryer but the clothes dried quickly because the room was so warm with underfloor heating. We also chose for the location as it’s very close to the train station and Alilaguna (airport by boat service) station, which minimised lugging our luggage around Venice. Rooms were spacious and clean.
We were here a few years ago. The apartment was large, well appointed with a view of the little canal in back. Now we're in a windowless cave with skylights only. It's not well lit, with one bulb in the bathroom. The furniture is a bit worn. The washing machine is still a plus. No dryer though.
Polite staff, reception closed from 12-2pm. We arrived around 1pm so had to wait for them to check in (not a problem). Very prompt response on WhatsApp. Very clean, 30 min swift walk to St Marks Square. Only minor niggles were the lack of salt/pepper which would have been nice. Shower door was hanging off, but I managed to just about keep it on the rails . But would recommend and happily go back there.
We have notified the owner that there was an issue with the water pressure in the showering system. The shower was running cold and boiling hot water Intermittently which was annoying and truly uncomfortable. The showering time took extra long due to these issues. The owner acknowledged the issues and we just hope that the next guests staying at C2 would not suffer cold showers during their stay.

We made a last-minute booking here. The suite was spacious and well furnished to our pleasant surprise. Location is great near the train station and a DeSpar, next to a canal and quiet - away from tourist movements. San Marco is a bit of a walk though ~ 40mins, gets tiring for kids but good fun to pass through the shopping lanes. Tip: Google maps is fairly accurate to the hotel location - look for the exact door number once there.
Quiet location but very close to the main train station. Early check-in had no issue. The front desk staff was very helpful. Short walk to water bus and good restaurants.
Spacious apartment but the shower area is too small. Not suitable for plus size people. Otherwise is good.

Front desk was really informative and friendly. The apartment is very spacious, much larger than expected and has adequate kitchen equipment if you are planning to cook. Location of the apartment is quite near to the central metro, about 7-10mins walk, which is great if you have huge luggages. The staff was also really nice and gave us an apartment and 1st floor due to our large luggage. Do note that if you do not stay at 1st floor, you will have to carry your luggages up the stairs. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend.
Nice location and close enough to super markets. Has a functional kitchen with all amenities as stated on website.
Apartment is a short walk from Venice SL Train Station. Reception was a bit tricky to locate but check-in process was fast and smooth and staff was nice to recommend some local restaurants. Room was spacious, clean and quiet. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Kitchen was equipped with basic cooking ware and cutlery but no condiments. We enjoyed our stay here.
Free upgrade to one bedroom apartment. Huge room with full equipment kitchen , sofa, washing machine. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful river view behind apartment. 6 minutes walk to Venezia Santa Lucia station.
Five stars for very friendly and helphul receptionist/staff. Room facility is also O.K. But zero star for (the owner).....the airconditioning in our room was broken and there was no hot water in our room either. So we had to open the windows in a very hot summer day but mosquitoes took the advantage on us. Bad experience.

Large apartment accommodated 2 adults and 2 young children. 2 large beds provided made things very easy for us. Master bedroom was spacious with plenty of cabinet space. Bonus view of a side canal is also included. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable; they assisted us with questions and requests no problems. We have been to Venice 5 times now and this was our most relaxing stay due to the location and proximity to restaurants and water bus stations. The restaurants here are excellent, we returned to a few restaurants for 2nd and 3rd visits due to the friendly nature of the local staff. This is in stark contrast to anywhere near the grand canal or Piazza San Marco. 5/5 and will definitely be looking to stay here whenever we return.
Only potential negative is the shower is very small
Do not stay with the hotel. These people are not at all flexible or humane towards requests. Not generous and in humane behavior for the late check in requests that was not in your control. All they say is we are not hotel so we cannot approve your request. If they cannot tend to customer needs not sure why they are in business or how long it will last.
This place has it all! It has great staff, great proximity to the train station and the rest of Venice, brilliant rooms and great Venetian styling. This place is safe and secure and brilliant for either a young couple and or someone’s first time in Venice. The staff was great with the amazing man on reception who gave us brilliant suggestions and directions to see the best sites! We will definitely come back here to Venice’s best place and best value apartments!

Great hotel/apt, we were upgraded to an apt and found it fully equiped. The location is close to train station and ferry taxis and is located in a quiet square.
The best part for staying here is that you save your walk with luggage being just 5 mins from St Lucia Station, although it would be a bit far from other main attractions but that’s what Venice is all about , once the luggage is off you, you can walk across the city , get lost , get found and repeat! The facilities and cleanliness is amazing, book a studio or apartment with kitchen facilities , also ask for a room upstairs as the non - sound proof floors can make your stay a bit noisy, courtesy people living above you!
The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Santa Lucia station. We were three people staying in one bedroom apartment. The apartment has everything that one could need (many kitchen appliances, microwave, bid fridge, towels, blankets, pillows). It is clean and quiet, the bed and sofa-bed were very comfortable and the heating worked perfectly. I would recommend this apartment to everyone visiting Venice!
The apartment is neat, clean and big for the 4 of us. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The cons : dont check in late as this facility charges more if we want a check in beyond 07PM and if you have an extremely heavy luggage pls request for room the 1st floor Others than those 2 cons above work excellently for us.
There are no dryer but overall is a good apartment for 3 nights.
a 10 mins distance from the train station, the location is good as it save is from crossing the bridges. got a room at level 1, which is a life saver for us so we don't need to carry our heavy luggage by stairs. room is very spacious, well equipped kitchen and a washer. toilet amenities are provided as well. near restaurants.

Me and my bf we loved this place, it’s near the main street and the place is huge and it’s silent, you have everything you need:) if I’ll come to Venice again, I’ll definitely stay here again and I’m personally recommending this place to my friends.

房間非常舒服乾淨，可以供給生活一切所需！而且離火車站很近幾分鐘路程就到了，不用過橋，可以安放好行李，開心暢遊！ 服務人員非常親切，熱心為你提供一切資訊！下次想在這裏住更長的時間！
地方大，足夠睡5個人。容許late check - in。
1.有一定的check-in時間，要注意時間，否則櫃台沒人。2.房間燈有點暗... 3.房間內有洗衣機！4.位置跟設備都不錯，員工態度也很好。
訂的是單臥室公寓型，非常大，有1間大的房間和浴室，有ㄧ間客廳+廚具組，對於如果要自己料理的人非常方便（不但所有廚具都有、還有摩卡壺、微波爐），房間推開大的窗戶後面就有ㄧ條小河，櫃檯人也很好，幫我們詳細介紹還給我們1樓的房間，但也有看到2位女性住2樓櫃檯先生有幫忙搬行李，除了馬桶蓋稍微有點問題外ㄧ切都很滿意。
小家庭式的格局，有分客廳+廚房、浴室和房間，客廳有沙發電視還有冷氣，廚房的部分有大冰箱、微波爐、烤箱、鍋碗、餐具、洗碗精、垃圾的部分要自己分類、浴室裡面有吹風機、洗衣機，也有提供晾衣服的工具，房間滿大的，有大衣櫥和大鏡子，一進門就有香香的味道，客廳和房間都有對外窗。交通的部分，從車站到住宿的地方，不需要搭乘船，走路就可以到達，位置比較偏僻一些，但就不會被外面的人打擾，跟著地圖走就可以找到，check in的地方在左邊，要注意時間喔14:00-19:00，如超過需要收費30歐，check out可以將鑰匙投入信箱中。櫃台人員很好，會提供大張地圖並簡單說明旅遊的路線，覺得很棒！
イタリアの4都市を巡り、5つのホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番良かったです。大きな部屋が2つありキッチンがあるのでお湯を沸かしてコーヒーがいつでも飲めました。シャワー洗面トイレのスペースも広く清潔で良いです。大体トイレかシャワーのどちらかに難があるホテルでしたが、こちらはどちらも及第点でした。広さのせいもあり、我が家でくつろぐ様な気分になれました。オススメです。
大きなスーツケース持参でも、ストレスなく駅から徒歩移動できる距離です。スーパー近く、台所があるのも便利。窓からの景観に拘らない、歩き回る旅の方にはお勧め。ただ、滞在中Wi-Fiが全く使えませんでした。ホテル側も問題を認識しており、チェックイン時に「色々試してみて」とWi-Fi一覧リストをくれましたが全滅。これが解消していれば素晴らしいホテルです。
