Definitely a 2.5-3 star hotel, not 4 stars ”
Location and staff are good. But amenities aren’t as much for a self claimed 4 star hotel. Towels were harsh and dry. Missing fridge and safe. Toilet paper is below grade, super dry and not soft at all. No complimentary bottle water. Bed is mildly comfortable, even though it was an older spring mattress. The hotel is in a state of renovations, hence hallways are a bit tattered. But Room is good, just missing fridge, lock box, in room slippers, bottle water etc. Have not tried the gym. But location is perfect to downtown, gay village, metro UQAM and walkable to chinatown.

very rude receptionists : they made my vacation from day1 .. even when leaving the same way of treatment. They try to charge you any extras at the end of your stay. no WiFi is working toilet is leaking stinky rooms all in all is disgusting. Never recomend

Hotel was disappointing on many levels. No coffee machine, no ice bucket in room. Phone was broken so there was no way to contact front desk. Had to go down all the way to reception very inconvenient. Microwave plug in to outlet was jammed so couldn’t use it. Duvet cover was ripped and armchair in room was stained. Overall hotel was not very nice, would not recommend.

The gentleman who checked us in was great and helpful. The room was nice bed was comfy. However the walls are so thin and you can hear everything. Website said there's breakfast but when we got here were told it's not being served :(

Run down hotel”
Hotel looks like its from the 80s, with cracked glass and an old small smelly elevator. Washroom has been renovated but the room, though supposedly upgraded, still has many elements of old 80s hotel. We booked a room with 2 separate beds but they don't have it, so we ended up squishing on a king bed room.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits a l’hôtel; Au départ, pas de télé car pas de manette, pas de glaçon car la machine ne fonctionne pas, absence de mini-frigo! La climatisation ne pouvait s’ajuster donc nous avons dormi avec un 78F . Le lit était confortable et propre ainsi que la chambre…. Nous avons dû aller a la réception au moins 3 fois pour la télécommande et faire monter quelqu’un pour inspecter la télé avant que le problème soit résolu. L’employé a été super sympathique avec nous. L’Hotel est super bien situé et tout est a distance de marche.. Je crois qu’avec un petit effort cet hôtel pourrait avoir un très gros potentiel
