This hotel is perfect for winter sports enthusiasts with excellent skiing and snowboarding facilities. The staff is friendly and helpful, and families will appreciate the spacious two-bedroom rooms with a kitchenette. The hotel's location near the subway is great for exploring places beyond Seoul, such as Chuncheon, Garden of the Morning Calm, and Nami Island. Highly recommended.
Few guests found the hotel rooms unclean with food odor. limited facilities for non-skiers and no free zone for kids to play in the snow. Overall, it's a good ski resort for skiing enthusiasts.

We recently spent two days at Elysian Seoul, engaging in skiing and snowboarding, and stayed in one of their suites. Overall, the experience was positive: the hotel was clean and warm, providing extra comforters and pillows, which was very convenient. However, there were no large bath towels or bathrobes available; only small hand towels were provided, and upon inquiry, we were informed that larger towels were not available. The resort’s restaurants exclusively served Korean cuisine, making meal selection challenging due to the similarity of the dishes. Additionally, the ski and lift ticket sales were managed in two separate locations—one at the Challenger House and another near the hotel. The staff at these points lacked precise information regarding reservation times and the availability of instructors, leading to significant time loss and difficulties in planning. This situation also necessitated lengthy walks between the two ticket centers in cold weather. The ski boots I rented had internal issues, resulting in discomfort and injury to my foot. Despite these challenges, the hotel reception staff were very helpful, and we managed to create some wonderful memories during our stay. In summary, while Elysian Seoul offers suitable facilities for skiing and snowboarding, there are areas in their services and equipment that require improvement to enhance the overall guest experience.
I like that there are many family travelers. The swimming pool is small, but it's nice because it's not crowded with families. However, the slide doesn't work, so the kids are sliding down on their bottoms. The room condition is fine. Mobile check-in was convenient too. I thought there would be one bed, but it was only set up with ondol (heated floor). If I come again, I would be willing to visit again.
I think the ski resort view will be very beautiful in winter. It's clean and well remodeled, so the facilities are good. The swimming pool doesn't have too many people, and it's convenient to use. However, there are additional charges for using the fitness center or the swimming pool.

Hotel has its own convenience store, ATM, entertainment facilities, restaurants. Buffet breakfast was charged extra but selection was good. Not as crowded as Vivaldi. Will return

“It's good to go with kids👍”
The facilities are well-equipped, making it great for playing with kids. Unfortunately, if you want to use it quietly, the soundproofing is not very good.. haha. Still, I am satisfied that the kids can enjoy playing. I also used the swimming pool, but I got hungry in the middle and went to the GS convenience store to buy food, only to be told that outside food is not allowed and I should use the internal F&B. However, looking at the people inside, they were all eating outside food like snacks, juice, bread, and cup noodles, so it seems that management is not very strict about that.
