Crew is not a large hotel. But the staff services are sooooo nice and made me feel like i am in the 4-5 stars hotel! The breakfast line was good and there are 24hr self service drink bar (water/ coffee/ chocolate) at the front. I'm so impress with the small hotel. The room is cleaned and new.

Stayed in the duplex and room was amazing! Stylish design, particularly like the Harman Kardon speaker! Breakfast was adequate, cereals were serve in small cereal boxes (pretty cute!), cup noodles were also available. Quiet area, nothing much in the surroundings but walkable to the Old City area, about 15 mins to happening Tha Phae Gate.

Comfortable rooms, excellent service, good location, amazing breakfast”
The room was nice, clean, and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Location-wise, it's perfectly located near the centre of Chiang Mai which makes all key attractions within walking distance. Breakfast was amazing with a very good variety of Thai and western dishes. I just wish there was green cut chilies or chili flakes like in most Thai restaurants to cater to a non-western palate. My other complaint is that there was no hand gel available at the sink to wash your hands. There was only a soap bar available which may not be the most hygienic considering the current COVID-19 outbreak. I would suggest that they put hand gels in every sink for improved hygiene. Apart from that, everything was great especially the customer service at the reception, amazing smiles and I loved their warm hospitality. I would certainly consider them again when I'm back in Chiang Mai.

Duplex was nice”
The room is very nice, I enjoyed our stay. My girlfriend throughly enjoyed the tub and bed. I felt as though the staff were a bit uptight with the end time of breakfast. Though the location is good, I think Nimman is better location. There were many cute cats walking around both inside and outside the hotel, this was great.

Positives: very friendly staff, clean, modern rooms (brand new), excellent breakfast, free drinks 24/7, quiet location. Negatives; the hotel is poorly designed. Do not select the first floor "pool view" rooms as you can hear everything happening in the hotel in these rooms. The rooms on the higher floors may not have this problem.

What a great find in Chiang Mai!”
A gem of a hotel run like a tight ship by a young dedicated crew. Everything worked well for us from check in to check out. Special mention to Golf (hope I got his name right) and his partner plus the ladies manning the morning shift. They were warm , friendly and extra helpful when needed but not intrusive at all. And how can we forget the breakfast buffet? There was a good spread ( not extensive but very well chosen and well prepared). My two sons kept coming back for more. Coffee and some light snacks were available anytime and was a welcome treat everytime we got back. It was a bit of a walk to the city center but that also means you can enjoy its quiet location and really enjoy some quality rest/sleep. I would go back in a heartbeat and would highly recommend this hotel for the value it offers. I just hope they will be able to sustain the high service level that we enjoyed. Good job Crew! 👍

Stayed in crew for seven nights. Book it after reading rave reviews on the web about this hotel.Location wise It is situated in a small lane nestled together with thai local houses. its about 10 mins walk to the saturday and sunday night market.Breakfast is very good catering to the various nationalities of guest ! Menu always changes everyday.Staff friendly and helpful.The only setback for me is that the room that i booked(family room) is too small for 3 of us.Cant even find a place to open my lugguage and move around.The room is not suitable for 3 people.Other than that,an enjoyable stay

We’ve been on a 5 week trip through SE Asia and found the staff and hotel in general to be among the best we have encountered. The hotel is centrally located to the ancient city, close to many restaurants, bars and shopping. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. We would most definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

住了五個晚上，每天早餐多元又有變化。 游泳池很小，水質感覺沒有很好，因為小孩下水玩有看到小菜渣和小肉末。玩水起來有很多泡泡。 飯店有三台免費腳踏車可以借，前面也有付費腳踏車（類似Ubike) 有3-4個停車位。 巷口大馬路三角點旁就有機車店可租借機車很方便。 KKday一日遊也在免費接送區內。Grab和Bolt叫車也很方便。出去大馬路也有雙條車或嘟嘟車可以坐。 離菜市場, 夜市和Sunday Night Market 也都很方便。 我們住的是三樓樓中樓，所以很安靜，也聽不到走廊的聲音。 最棒的是礦泉水免費無限供應，每天也都會放一大盤紅毛丹在桌上供住客享用。 水量很大，洗澡舒服。
