“Amazing stay”
Had the pleasure of staying in this hotel for 4 nights. On checking in we were greeted warmly at the counter with no hiccups. The staff (sorry didn’t get his name) also gave us free coupons for ice cream and a goodie bag for my daughter. The hotel provides drinking water through this big glass bottle. But when we were trying to open the seal, we broke it. So we called the concierge and they came up very quickly (I would think it’s about 5mins only) with 2 new bottles and also teach us how to open the seal correctly. On the first morning of our stay, my daughter dropped and broke their glass tumbler on the sink (lucky it’s the glass tumbler and not the glass sink). Unfortunately she cut her finger (luckily very tiny cut) so I called the concierge again and asked if they could help clear the broken glasses on the sink and also if they could get me a plaster. As super quick as it can get.. Ms Yee came up with a first aid bag. She also disinfected the small wound before applying the plaster and also gave us a few more for changing. I felt quite embarrassed coz it was a small cut but the thoughtfulness of it made me feel very grateful. Another staff, Ms May also came up and cleared the mess. She ensured there are no glass chips on the floor and placed 2 big floor mats over the floor too. She also told us she will get her colleagues to do a thorough cleaning later when doing room cleaning. Before leaving she also gave us a few more plasters. On one of our nights, we also came back to a very sweet gesture by the housekeeping staff. We found our messy cables nicely coiled up!! We really appreciated this very sweet gesture and wanted the hotel to show our appreciation to the housekeeping team. On top of the top notch services we received, the hotel really stood out with its very strategic location. Just across the link bridge is Langham place (shopping mall) with lots of shopping options! Hotel is also at exit C of MTR Mong Kok! Goldfish market, ladies market are all within walking distance. There are a lot of dining options available around the hotel at street level too and we had our breakfast at different cafes on our mornings. Convenience store is also round the corner. It is really a great place to wake up to and get around from! We really enjoyed our stay here and definitely will be back here when we are in HK again.
