Good stay”

Very helpful staff and nicely adapted facilities with quality fixtures and appointments. A superb hotel. Breakfast service a bit slow.

Excellent property but Poor difficult staff”

Location Decor Style

The front desk staff was extremely unfriendly and difficult. Stayed here couple of times, hence doesn't surprise me. Room service food needs upgrade, terrible food. Besides this, the hotel is good, chic interiors, good location, very stylish property. You tend to get put off by the front desk management, which are at the levels of a 2 star property and desperately need upgrading the skills of their staff.

Wow. Don't think, just do it. ”

History, open space, and beautiful.

This place is beautiful. Know and understand that first and foremost. You walk in and it's an open area hotel. The finishings are all high end. We went with the 2 story room overlooking the lobby and it was spacious and comfortable. The tub could fir 4 people in it and the free wifi worked well. I have stayed in many hotels in Amsterdam and this is by far my favorite. Oh, and the gym and spa are a must. Don't cheat yourself, treat yourself.
