"We stayed in Dec 2019 for a few days to go skiing. Overall the hotel is wonderful, the rooms are incredible with their own kitchenettes. However at the second week of December, the hotel was still just opening for the season so they were training new staff, not did they catch small maintenance issues in the room like missing lightbulbs, lack of a tooth brush, fireplace not working etc. There were small things compared to the fact that you generally only need the room for a bed and bathroom but if you are planning to come as a group or for a romantic getaway, do it late December or early January.
