Quebec City (QC) hotels & accommodations

we had a pleasant stay in downtown quebec city. the room was large, confortable and well equipped, with free wifi internet. the pool is a little small, but we enjoyed it just the same. staff was very nice. valet parking efficient. too bad there is not an indoor garage. in december, it is quite cold in quebec city.

Wonderful hotel. The pool was a little smaller than I expected but everything was good. Super comfy beds. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is that there were no curtains to cover up the huge window in our room. Just a white mesh lace curtain. So in the morning the sunlight came through too brightly which was hard for us to sleep in. Other than that the rooms were cl...

Stayed here when visiting Quebec City. Was conveniently located, close to the Old City, Ile d'Orleans and the Charlevoix Region east of Quebec City. Rooms were nice and big, well appointed and had the added luxury of large balconies on which to enjoy the sunset/sunrise.

We booked this hotel for 1 night as our flight arrival is late at night and we wanted a place near the airport to rest for the night before moving to another hotel for the rest of the Quebec trip. It’s a short 10min drive from airport and for this price, there’s breakfast and a clean and spacious room.

The rooms are clean and the hotel itself is well kept but the service is terrible. Garbage wasn’t cleared in the room when we checked in. The coffee pods were not replenished. House keeping is non existent. The staff at the front office was not courteous at all. Every time I had to go ask for coffee pods and they would handover just one and if you insist, two. All this ...

My granddaughter and I had a wonderful stay at Manor de la Terrasse. We arrived early but the staff had our room ready. The lady who checked us in was enthusiastic showing us a map and explaining the events taking place during our stay. The room was very comfortable with a great view of the park. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone traveling to Quebec City.

The receptionist at check in was extraordinary, she was extremely friendly and helpful and very welcoming. A subsequent request was fulfilled immediately. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was tiny but acceptable. The children enjoyed the pool

Very nice for a special occasion (romantic trip). The room was gorgeous and clean, the staff was most helpful, and the hotel is very well located (right in Old Quebec). The only thing more I could have wished for is s mini-fridge in the room (though there is a shared fridge for all guests).

Three days wedding anniversary trip to Quebec with my husband. We booked a room can see the swimming pool in high floor with balcony. Candle light dinner at the small balcony, so romantic. Good facilities for the children- swimming pool, water slide, water dropping games, big air cushion for the kids to jump. Game machines for children and adults. Jacuzzi, sauna, gym ...

From the train station, we took a cab going to the hotel since we are not yet familiar with the area. Unfortunately, we got to the wrong hotel operated by le maison group of hotels. The manager pointed us to the correct one w/c is just few steps away. We were welcomed by a very friendly and accommodating staff named Constantine. He is awesome! He does mostly everythi...

Loved our stay here! We had three nights over Christmas and I coulndt recommend it more!!! Hotel is lovely, rooms are clean and cosy with a modern twist. You are in the best location in the whole of Old Quebec and the restaurant downstairs is amazing.

After arriving in Quebec from Montreal where 4 adults were in the smallest room, we were pleasantly surprised to arrive at the Hotel Citadell to find a very big spacious room for us to spread out. Not only a good room but the location was relatively close to the downtown area. Free parking was a bonus and the breakfast was adequate.

The hotel is well located and rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is basic but fine- One needs to pay for the coffee in the room but there is free coffee in the lobby at all times. There is no fridge or micro-waves in the room. Overall a good hotel if all you need is a place to sleep.

I've just came from the hotel . it was incredibly great though the location is a little bit far from downtown , we could enjoy on my trip with the hotel . Actually, the day of trip was sooooo cold but room was sooo warm and comfortable it was better than my expected . Breakfast service is suitable . parking area is also great the most important thing is a worker in the...

This hotel is located near the airport, so strategically located for business travellers. Clean, decent sized rooms, and friendly staff. Away from the town and tourist attractions, so i would not recommend it for leisure travellers. Finding Food might be a problem, but there is always delivery. Just ask the friendly staff to help you.

I would not recommend this hotel as my experience was not good. I had forgotten my tooth brush and paste and the reception lady told me that I will be charged 2$ for that. What hotel does that. On top of that the beds where not made properly and I had booked my hotel for 2 days but my keys stopped working after 1 day and the verification was done all over again. Its re...

The hotel is modern and very clean. T he hotel is some distance from quebec city and a car is needed to travel around. The swimming pool is very small and there is no changing facilities. The gym is also small and has about 5 pieces of equipment as well as floor exercise area.

Very close to Montmorency fall an Ile d’Orleans. I recommend to any tourist to drive around the island , enjoy farm fields and local productions like strawberries, ice cream or local beer with mapple sirop to restaurant Le Mitan, which has a terase facing Saint Lawrence river and Laurentides Hills. We have been many Timea in Quebec, second time at “N “ hotel. We also g...

i stayed in residence of laval university for 5 nights. it is good value for money. you will have separate room with two single beds and a sink and tab water. there is no ac in the room. it was not too warm at night time. the building is very near bus stop. you can catch bus 800 or 801 to go to downtown and fortification. it takes about 15 min.if you are just looking f...

When we booked our room through Hotel.com they were not clear if our room was one king bed with sofa bed, because our son was 15 years and we mentioned his age there too But the staff at our hotel helped us and moved us to another room with two queens bed for the second and last night of our trip!! On our first night, they try to make our room comfortable as possible w...

Third time we have stayed here and quality is consistent. We asked to store our smoked salmon gift in the staff freezer. No problem! Service with a smile, always. The buffet breakfast included with the large well-appointed room is more than adequate. This hotel is quiet and only 3 km from the Jean Lesage airport of Quebec City.

The hotel is modern and very clean. T he hotel is some distance from quebec city and a car is needed to travel around. The swimming pool is very small and there is no changing facilities. The gym is also small and has about 5 pieces of equipment as well as floor exercise area.

When I arrived, the hotel was under renovation and did not have air conditioning available. It was in the middle of the summer, so it was almost unbearable. We were able to cancel the reservation without penalty, so that was appreciated. That being said, I haven't actually stayed in their rooms, so I can't comment on that.

Positive experience . Warm welcome. Comfortable, quaint establishment, full of interesting antiques. centrally located in the heart of Old Quebec City where dining and shopping, strolling and sightseeing are a joy.We would certainly recommend Hotel Cap Diamant to others.

We came with four people in one room. we got a room in basement which had to share bathroom and toilet with the other room which also had four people so this was some problem we had. Should have bathroom and toilet in each room. The location is good to go to downtown and tourist area.

My wife and I stayed there for two nights and couldn't have been happier with our choice. It offered a great central location in old quebec. The food was delicious. Catherine was more than helpful in fulfilling asll of our request. Even though there was no on site parking, which I think is the norm for old Quebec, there is an underground parking just a block away for a...

Le Saint-Pierre, Auberge Distinctive Hotel and Hotel 71 are merged and operated under 1 reception counter located at Hotel 71 ground floor. Quebec is so nice they preserved historical buildings wayback 1700. Surrounding is so peaceful and so pretty especially this fall season.
It is very nice place, but visiting there in March may not be a good idea. It was quite cold, just like winter in other cities in US.
