We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara on the Lake very much. The hotel and rooms were very pleasantly decorated and clean. We stayed in several hotels during our 10 day trip to Southern Ontario and this was our favorite! The only thing that would have made it better was if there had been a breakfast included in the price of the room.
Great stay staff was very accommodating for any of our needs. The only draw back was a squeaky bed. Other than that it was a good time for our family. Like that they had coffee and beverages available all day and evening.
An awesome place to stay. Central location that is close to everything in Niagara On the Lake. Clean and comfortable rooms, a very nice proprieter, and a filling breakfast. As far as negatives ... there weren’t any.
The room was nice although the furniture was in rough condition. There was a coffee stand on the desk but no coffee pot. The bath tub had quite a few long black hairs in it that had not been removed. The view from the patio is very nice but the chairs are not that comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waiters very good. The food prices are quite expensive compare...
The hosts were lovely and provided an excellent breakfast. The rooms were well decorated and it didn't feel cramped. Within walking distance to the main street of Niagara on the lake. I would recommend to others!
The location was great, short walk town centre and Shaw theatre. Pam was a excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was indeed 3 course and she even gave us muffins for takeaway for our tea :) We had e Oscar Wilde room which was fabulous with en suite bath and a fireplace! Would caution against having too much luggage as room was on second floor.
I have to admit that before going my expectations were high, based on all that was said by previous guests. Most of all I appreciated the nice moments talking with Brenda and Rudy. After an intense week of travel and work, this was the perfect venue to rest and re-charge the batteries.
Took my elderly parents and our 9 year old and our dogs and each room had everything we needed. The staff was super helpful and kind, and the breakfasts were great! Highly recommend.
