"Great time, but I wouldn't say it's a 5 star facility as advertised. Staff throughout the resort and the restaurants were fabulous! Unfortunately....... 1. Spa was just ok. Staff was lovely, but for that calibur a place and price they should use better skin/body care products. 2. Pillows in double rooms were terrible. I've had more comfortable pillows at the Hampton Inn. Maybe it was just our room, but not a comfortable sleep for 2 nights. "

"Great stay staff was very accommodating for any of our needs. The only draw back was a squeaky bed. Other than that it was a good time for our family. Like that they had coffee and beverages available all day and evening. "

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Niagara on the Lake very much. The hotel and rooms were very pleasantly decorated and clean. We stayed in several hotels during our 10 day trip to Southern Ontario and this was our favorite! The only thing that would have made it better was if there had been a breakfast included in the price of the room."

"The room was nice although the furniture was in rough condition. There was a coffee stand on the desk but no coffee pot. The bath tub had quite a few long black hairs in it that had not been removed. The view from the patio is very nice but the chairs are not that comfortable. The breakfast was good and the waiters very good. The food prices are quite expensive compared to other restaurants in the area.."
