"A breathtaking oasis of comfort in a breathtaking scenery. Nice, clean, comfortable and well equipped rooms. I appreciated · the warm duvet and · the heater provided, · electricity sockets for European, British and South African plugs, · friendly and helpful staff, · the excellent (Bergview) restaurant (delicious food, altough a bit on the pricey side and the helpings on the smallish side) I would have been happier · if the shower was separate from the bath tub · if the small shampoo bottle provided was not half empty. · if the fish cakes at the breakfast buffet would be firmer and taste a bit like fish Nevertheless I thoroughly enjoyed my stay there. I will definitely recommend the hotel to others. I would love to stay there again one day. "
