"Ok. The first time I visited Thailand, I stayed in Lub D Phuket. They set the gold standard and I was highly impressed and happy with the facilities, overall value and staff. Job well done! I am now a Lub D fan and always look for their accommodations first. This year, I head over to Koh Samui and book Lub D on Chaweng Beach. I was blown away. Bravo! I always love the staff from security, room cleaners, reception to the kitchen and ones that were just roaming around and socializing with the guest to make them feel more comfortable! Excellent job! The condition of the room, location was excellent, if not awesome. Highly recommended. It is situated next to all popular areas and it is literally a few inches away from the beach. You can literally trip off the sunbathing deck and fall into the beautiful blue water! 5 stars! Cheers!"

"I really wasnt expecting a lot from this hotel, and only booked it because it was a good price and close to the pier... but it has turned out to be one of my favourites. Well appointed rooms, a lovely pool, polite and friendly staff, as well as a once daily shuttle to the main part of Koh Samui (which you probably would want to take advantage of) has made it very much value for money. "For my opinion- it’s the best hotel in Koh Samui. Staff were very nice. Location super central. The vouchers’s idea was very nice. Liked to chill on the pool-floor. Recommend to ask a room on a high floor because the hotel stands in a shopping mall and the lowest rooms are close to the parking plot. Everything was great and for sure will be back to COSI again on my next travel. "

"We traveled to Koh Samui to celebrate our wedding with our closest family. We booked Impianas wedding package and had all correspondence over email. We arrived four days prior to the wedding day and had a few meetings with Impiana about wedding details. The staff at Impiana is amazing and was way over our expectations. We have never ever felt so welcomed and would really recommend others to celebrate the wedding at Impiana resort. This resort is located on a clean and beautiful beach. The staff is so friendly and accommodating and the rooms are clean and nice. The restaurant serves delicious food and the breakfast has many choices to choose from. We loved it and would highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a place in Koh Samui. Saemyi and Morten"

"We have stayed in koh samui several times, at several different hotels, and this hotel has been the best value for money out of all of them. staff are friendly and helpful, and speak very good english. the complimentary bus into chaweng leaves every half hour, and you can arrange with the driver for a pick-up time. we had an extra bed in our room for my grandson, but still there was plenty of room to spread out clothes, etc. the balcony was larger than average. the pool was excellent and there was an attendant there at all times to serve drinks, which were very quickly served. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone as we had a very pleasant stay."

"My girlfriend and i stayed here for 3 nights and was our first time to koh saumi. The combo hotel was in great location for where it was all happening in Chaweng. The rooms were kept tidy. I would recommend staying here to all my friends. The manager did seem quite strict, but i imagine this is necessary to keep a hotel running in good condition. "

"The hotel grounds are very large. Our bungalow was high up on the hill and it was quite a trek to the beach. We did not mind this as we had just spent a couple of days on Koh Tao where the bungalow was right on the beach. The water is much nicer (more clear) in Koh Tao so we were fine with spending less money at our hotel in Koh Samui even if it meant we were further from the water. The pools are very nice at this hotel. We spent several hours at the pool overlooking the beach and Gulf. We did swim in the pool but we did not swin in the Gulf. Breakfast was very nice. If you want to go into town where the action is you will need to take a shuttle or taxi. We were happy to stay away from the crowds but if you like to be at the center of things you may want a hotel closer to town. If you like to hang out at a nice pool and look at beautiful scenery without the crowds this is a good hotel. We were happy that we spent two days in Koh Tao and two days in Koh Samui as the vibes are very different (Koh Tao is better if you love nature and don't mind rustic). "

"My Husband and I booked Bhundhari Villas for his birthday. We had a wonderful time there. The hotel is a little old and there were some defects (which they made an effort to rectify) but what they lacked, they made it up with their wonderful hospitality. The staff were attentive and helpful and even surprised my Husband with a birthday cake during breakfast! They accommodated my request for a worded "Happy Birthday" with flower petals and they provided help and assistance whenever needed. The hotel itself was perched on a hill so it's pretty steep to go to the room without a buggy but they provided transport quickly and seamlessly all the time!! A special thank you to Noi who was accommodating and amazing. We had a good time there! "
