Stayed here on a two night trip to Kelowna Aug 2 and 3. On the main drag of Kelowna leading to the downtown core with lots of retail and restaurants nearby. But the facilities are in much need of a facelift and reno. Clean but very tired.

Very poor quality alarm clocks. Couldn't figure out how to set and couldn't turn off when alarm went off at midnight and several times after that.

Thought the waterslide and pool would be better... rooms satisfactory and kind of dodgy around the neighborhood at night. definitely lock the car doors. The campus and dorms are close enough to the city, and the price is right, but unfortunately the dorms are quite old and in need of a refurb. We truly enjoy staying at the 1-bedroom executive suite room. It's provided with all the cutlery and things you need (microwave, washing machine, stove, etc). The hotel is perfect for family getaway! Love it!

Not much facilities but ok for a one night stop.

Modern and comfortable hotel perfectly situated on the lake and just a short walk along the boardwalk to restaurants etc.

The rooms are sparkling clean and spacious! We have air con and a big bathtub (with a shower unit) to enjoy to accommodate the needs of the weather. Warm & friendly hosts. View to be admired giving golf course and mountain glimpses. All you could want from a sc apartment that is part of a couples homes. Able to come and go as we pleased as separate lockable entrance. Really enjoyed our stay

Staff were all friendly and kind. Pool was freezing cold! Room dated/worn, but mostly comfortable. Bed was too soft for my liking. Food in adjoining restaurant was delicious. Would stay here again.

Pros> good location, remodeled room, good mattress Cons>poor breakfast and coffee quality. I stayed at one of rooms on the side of property (roll of bungalow) with poor lights which I felt unsafe.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location quite as set back from the main road. Marieke made amazing Dutch crepe for breakfast which were to die for. Checked in late and had a lot of gear which meant I had to drag it outside through a breezeway. Left early so no breakfast option available. Room was a little tight and couldnt seem to find heating but in all, it was an ok stay. Needed to be close to the airport and there was a simple airport concierge setup

We arrived after phase 3 began. Although there were a few restrictions, the staff were wonderful and very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. If there was anything we needed, they would place it in a bag outside our door and knock. I would definitely stay again.

Pool and hot tub was really good and its in middle of Kelowna. Really good restaurants on walking distance

We had a great stay, the hot breakfast was delicious. We used the pool and hot tub which I had a reaction to the hot tub water which I believe had sulphur in it.?
