"When one books using Agoda or any booking web site, one expects that the venue has been inspected and vetted. This venue was seriously below par. The rooms were filthy, caked in dust, spider webs and mould. The rooms were dank and smelly, no tv, no towels and my bed only has a duvet cover and no duvet. Dustbins were not cleaned out, washed dishes left at the sink, toilet in the main room not working etc. O leaving I checked under the bed for any item I might have left and the dust and filth was literally a centimetre thick with old socks and various othe ritems left there from who knows when. After having used Agoda for booking several times in the last few months, I have come to the conclusion that this web site mis represents the quality of its venues and should not be trusted with the way it presents accomodations."
