"The hotel is perfectly located downtown and near the First Ontario Centre. We have a fantastic room! Our hotel room has kitchenette and a living room which is tidy. Our room rates includes breakfast and a complimentary dinner! The staff are courteous and welcoming! The one great feature I like of the hotel is their security. You need a room key to operate the elevator to get to your floor. As well, you also need your room key to open the door at the main door at night. It was 11 pm that time and the lobby door was already securely closed. That was the first hotel I have known which has that feature. Highly recommended!"
