"The location is awesome and the staff very friendly but sadly that is where it stops. The fan did not work in our room(yup no aircon) and the second room had no fan. I had to hold the plug switch on with my foot while drying my hair and you could either plug in the kettle or the fridge so we provided our own adapter to run both and had to go and buy our own towels for swimming. We left Cutty Sark to go to Wild Coast sun where we stayed in a luxury sea facing ground floor family room for 4 nights more at practically the same price. The pictures on the website were taken some years back and are not a true reflection of the resort."
