"Newer hotel, so room was very clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was good, but eggs may be powdered(?). Location is a bit remote with no restaurants nearby. However, proximity to airport was nice. We stayed the day we landed in Calgary, drove to Banff for a few days, and returned to stay at the Windgate by Wyndham the night before our flight out of Calgary Airport."

"Check in was a horror. Desk clerk had not heard of Agoda and did not believe I had prepaid online. I showed her my Agoda receipt and the credit card transaction. Still would not accept it and tried to run the charges through again. She became argumentative and I had to ask her to calm down. She questioned Agoda's address being in Singapore and argued with me about that. Then she did something in her system and said she could now see that my room was, indeed, prepaid. Perhaps staff need more training on their systems, but certainly on courtesy. When I booked I requested a room on an upper floor but she put me on ground level. When I showed her that in my booking confirmation she moved me to the 2nd floor. The room was clean but the hotel overall is well worn and in need of a makeover. Lobby and hallways were grubby looking. Rough characters loitering outside front entrance. Will not stay here again. There are many other hotels in same area to choose from. "
