"Came for illuminations, the hotel is dated as you can see from the photos, but we had not come to inspect lampshades for dust, I had brought my 7 year old to enjoy the illuminations. Tram Stop directly outside, 24 hour parking for £3 in hotel car park, Room was tired and so were we so had a lovely nights sleep in the comfy bed which had clean sheets. We had the breakfast which was good and varied. If your wanting luxury and to laze around in the hotel room all day then I would book elsewhere , but if you prefer to spend on activities what you have saved on the hotel then I would book here, if your kids notice that the hotel is a little tired then I think that they will notice that blackpool is too."

"Just back from a weekend stay and apart from the weather, cannot fault this hotel. Location is perfect, away from the noise of central Blackpool and although only parking for about 5 cars, there was parking on a side street. Room was spacious and very clean with 2 large arm chairs which is uncommon in our previous visits to other hotels in Blackpool. Staff were very friendly and food was really good with plenty of choice. Will definitely be back later in the year and hopefully get nicer weather."

"My room was nice and clean and comfortable. All of the hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. As a lone female traveller I felt very safe in the hotel at all times, it was nice and quiet and in a great position just a few minutes walk from the tram stop to get into Blackpool. I would definitely stay here again"
