The location is virtually opposite the tower so its a 5 star for that, the rooms well let's say faulty towers. the was very small and you had no chance of seeing out of the windows due to the muck on them. Extremely cheap, run down B&B style hotel. Noisy kitchen staff from 6:00am onwards, other guests extremely noisy and playing music at 6:30am, doors through corridors banging with noisy lose floor boards. My relatives were staying to celebrate their golden wedding and I booked in as a surprise the staff were wonderful they presented them with flowers and Champaign and I took cake and balloon it was a wonderful night with brill cabaret too

this hotel was clean reasonably priced and shops were nearby and parking was available, the couple running the place were helpful and friendly, the internet was good..Overall I really enjoyed My stay at the Holm lea..

The owners were amazing nothing was to much trouble . They made you feel so welcome and were very knowledgeable about what to see where to go how to get the best tickets anything we wanted to know . Our expectations of Bkackpool accommodation were already low, and at £40 incl breakfast it was bargain. Tiny tired drab room, awful hard small noisy bed. Came to Blackpool as two couples for 1 night to see Blackpool illuminations, perfect location out of the hustle and bustle and only 10 minute cab ride into centre. Hotel clean and lovely, swimming pool and spa good, didn't use the gym but that also looked good. Breakfast lovely would defiantly stay again.

Saw the price on here and booked it but the price was an error and when I got to the hotel I expected problems but Joey the receptionist was very friendly and when saw the price I paid smiled and wished me a great stay and I was treated with respect and was welcomed. I would stay here again and the rooms and bathroom was great.

Upon arriving at tbe hotel I was told I nedded to pay £130 for the room because Agoda hadnt transferred the money. I was told that I could stay one night because I had kids but it would need to be sorted out in the morning. All this even though I showed my voucher from Agoda.

Oh how we hate stairs :-) but sometimes you don't have much choice but that is Blackpool. We had 2 rooms and each was the same but different. Dated & worn but reasonably clean. The bathrooms were really quite roomy a bit of a surprise there. What interactions we had with the staff were pleasant and accommodating making our stay that much easier.

Fantastic location, 15 mins either way to pleasure beach or the tower. Room was clean, although quite dated but the whole of Blackpool seems like it hasn't had a lick of paint since the 70s!!! Lovely staff. Has parking but beware, the car park entrance is very narrow and we had to be guided in.

we enjoyed our stay at the craigy and had fun while there for the weekend. they looked after us well and we would higly recommend this hotel. thanks for everything.

Probably the worst bed I have ever slept in, mattress springs were worn out , woke up with chronic back pain. Pity as the rest of it was ok.

Pros: location, entertainment, staff, management, en suite with bath, 3 course dinner (tea). Which was unexpected.
