I was shocked by how nice the hotel was for the price. Room was spotless and just the right size for a few day trip to Busan. Larger rooms with more beds are also available at a very reasonable cost. Great location because it’s a block away from the Shinsegae Mall (Spa Land) and the Centum Subway Station, which is 3 stops from Gwangalli Beach. Good restaurants and convenience stores (GS25 and EMart) located on the first floor as well. Without traffic, 25 minute cab ride to/from Busan Station and if you get there during rush hour, expect a 45-50 trip which is one of a few downsides. 1. Pool and Pool Bar don’t open until July 2. It is sweltering in the hallways and facilities. AC works great in the rooms though. The cleaning staff will bump the thermostat back up to a stifling 28 C when they straighten up your room, so be prepared for that. 3. If you’re like me and iron clothes, there’s only 1 iron available and it’s located in the coin laundry room. Free to use however. Needless to say, I will be staying there again since the benefits eclipse the minor inconveniences.
Exactly what the title says. My husband was very happy with the gym. The hotel is nice, clean, and quiet with restaurants and two convenience stores in the lobby. Conveniently located in Busan.

Overall, I was really satisfied. In particular, Bexco and Gwangalli Beach are adjacent, and Haeundae is also nearby. Both Exhibition Hall 1 and Exhibition Hall 2 are conveniently located close together, making it easy to walk between them. On the first floor, there is an Emart 24. However, I was a bit disappointed that there is no front desk; when sitting on the sofa, the staff come over and sit with you to check you in. If you are someone who feels uncomfortable checking in openly in front of others, you might want to keep this in mind. But the staff were truly excellent, earning a perfect score of 10,000,000,000 out of 10. They were really top-notch. Hmm... If I were to mention any other inconveniences, there were quite a few more than I expected. First of all, there is no telephone, and there are no basic memo pads or pens. Not having a telephone means that you cannot call the front desk, and if you have questions about something you want to use, there is nowhere to ask... So I had to call Centum Premier Hotel on my cell phone to ask about coin laundry. It might be because I have only visited business hotels, but... this is the first time I've encountered a room like this, haha. In hotels, there are usually basic amenities like shampoo/body wash/body lotion or shampoo/conditioner/body lotion provided, but there are no amenities here. (Only basic amenities like toothpaste/toothbrush/hair ties/combs/cotton pads/sterile cotton swabs/soap are provided.) The shampoo and conditioner are attached to the wall, and the shampoo can double as body wash, but it has to be squeezed out manually from the wall fixture instead of having a pump; it's quite a workout to squeeze it, which was more effort than I expected and inconvenient. At least the warm water came out immediately, and... I also found the hotel toilet flushing a bit inconvenient. Maybe because it is designed for water saving?? You have to press very hard to flush, which is fine for adults, but I think it might be difficult for children or adults without much strength. There are generally a lot of elevators, but they tend to be slow everywhere. I didn't get to try breakfast since I had another meeting early in the morning, but if you call the number provided in the text message by 11 PM on the day of check-in, they said you could request it for an additional charge. Oh, and I noticed that there is also a swimming pool.
This was good value for money given how close it was to the train station and bus stops. The cleaning staff were always so polite. The gym is great and has a view. I was a bit disappointed about swimming. The pool is actually shut for the whole year and I didn't know. The elevators can take over 5 minutes to arrive, which is a problem for me on the 20th floor. I also had dirt stains on the cupboard when I first checked in but they cleaned it up immediately.

“Honest Review”
I spent 4D3N stay during the Winter December 2024 period and I could come up with 3 pointers for this hotel. I was staying at the Tower A side where there was the view of the sea. 1) Hotel is quite far from Busan Station and requires quite a bit of travelling on the Metro. After climbing the long stairs up to reach the hotel entrance with our luggages, I was able to reach Shinsegae easily within 5mins walk and if you need to get to the popular Hauendae Beach or Blue Line Park in Busan (~30mins by Metro) was pretty quick as well. 2) Super near to Centum City SpaLand Jjimjilbang as it was right smack in Shinsegae Department Store. Extremely near to food options and have direct access to GS25 and a E-Mart 24, lobby level at the hotel itself. 3) However, here come the cons, they are: - Laundry Room was super far to get to at Tower B side and it was cold as heck. - The superior double room was also super small, probably can fit just comfortably 1.5 Luggages near the TV Area. Table area was extremely compact as well, not able to do makeup comfortably. - Closet door was extremely huge to the point that when opened, you cannot go to the table area and I accidentally tripped on the bedframe sticking out below when trying to avoid the door as my significant other had to use the closet, resulting in a small cut on my ankle. Overall, I would have to say it's a pretty good spot for a hotel lest you are okay with small rooms for a price of approx. USD$274 for 4D3N in the most basic room. Staff is English speaking capable and extremely friendly. 7/10 might stay again.
