I never regred to stay at Centra Centara Hotel which I always stay. Staff are beautiful and helpful,, rooms are clean, wide and air cond is great. Breakfast,, suparb.. I am going to stay once again in July 2022..

Quiet, Clean and Comfortable”
First, we want to thank the staff for providing wheelchair access to the hotel (ramps), elevator and the entrance to the room as well as safety bars in the bathroom. The only challenge was the bathroom is small and the little ramp is very short because of the small bathroom. We did ask if there are any rooms with a larger bathroom, but there are not. Maneuvering with the wheel chair (scooter) was tight because there is not enough room to turn the chair in the bathroom. We made it work by exiting backwards. There are few outlets for charging devices and none near the bedside, but the hotel did lend us an extension cord so we could charge our devices. Other than the cramped bathroom space and too few outlets, everything was fine. It is probably the only hotel in Mae Sot with this much access for mobility-challenged guests. On a side note, if you can't climb steps, don't fly to Mae Sot. The flights at both DMK and Mae Sot require climbing stairs...not jet bridge.

We stayed here for three nights. Yes the hotel is a little outdated but I thought it was in a great shape for being built in 1986. The staff is friendly and want to help. The hotel and rooms are being cleaned everyday. I enjoyed my time at the pool since most people staying at the hotel was gone all day. Breakfast was decent. I plan to stay there whenever I’m in Mae sot especially for the price and location.

Old luxury hotel, but still great with staff service mind. Facility is very good; great fitness, pool. Breakfast is AAA, the best I've had from hotel hopping during business trips. Don't hesitate to book this place. Make sure you get breakfast*** Their salad, jam, and yogert are very impressive. Even water is infused in multiple style.

Perfect location, across Robinson shopping mall. If you drive, there're multiple car service around. Breakfast is the best for this price. Have good swimming pool and fitness room. 5 min drive to bar area at night.
