Thanks to the staff of Casa Noah my partner and I really enjoyed our 2 nights stay! The place is very cozy and feels like home. They have free breakfast and the staffs really made sure we are comfortable during our stay. Would definitely comeback there!
I recently stayed at this hotel and had mixed feelings about the experience. On the positive side, the view from our room was absolutely stunning — overlooking the Taal lake, it was truly a highlight of our stay. The room itself was well-maintained, and cleaned with care. Housekeeping did a great job, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. However, the service left a lot to be desired. When we arrived, we had several heavy bags with us, but none of the staff offered to help. After a long journey, this lack of basic hospitality was both disappointing and frustrating. For a hotel of this standard, I expected better customer service. A warm welcome and a bit of help with luggage should be a given. If the staff had shown more attentiveness and willingness to assist, it could have made a big difference to our overall impression. In summary: come for the view and the clean, comfortable rooms — but don’t expect much help from the staff.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this accomodation deserve one: 1. Value for money - For the price you pay (mine have agoda discount so I won't mention exactly how much) it's very scenic and CLEAN. The price even includes breakfast. When I was looking for accomodations, I realized the price depends on the view and doesn't include free breakfast, the one's that do are very expensive. This have both at a lesser price. 2. Location - It's not near Olivarez which is the downtown area but its still accessible even if you don't have your own service since it's just along the road. A lot of tricycles pass through there. 3. Cleanliness - This is the reason why I'm commenting, because of how clean the rooms are. It didn't have that stagnant moldy smell like when a room is not properly maintained. 4. Staff - Very accommodating and courteous. The only set back of this hotel, depending on the room, you have to go down 2 flight of stairs. However, their staff will help you with your bags. They even let me borrow plates and utensils since I have extra food from lunch. They are also easy to contact and will answer your calls immediately. 5. Facilities - They've only operated for 1-2 years, so all their facilities are relatively new. But you need to bring your own soap, tooth brush and toothpaste since they only put large bottled shampoo and conditioner. When I go back to Tagaytay I will book this hotel again. At first I thought it was bogus since there are no pictures inside the room except for one, but trust me it's good accomodation.
We had a good stay at Casa Noah, enjoyed the space of and mountain view from the room with a proper drying rack. The room was relatively clean, sheets were clean and bed was comfortable. The water pressure of the shower was pretty weak but that was pretty much the only gap. The breakfast provided was tasty, water is provided (but you have to ask for it, it's provided in a jug and they'll take it chilled from the fridge). Omar and the crew were incredibly helpful and hospitable. We had to check out late due to some unforeseen circumstances and it was a shame that the owner didn't allow us to extend our stay without charges as it added to an already stressful situation. Overall it was still a good stay thanks to Omar and what the rooms had to offer.

“Not our last”
This is our third time visiting the place and definitely not the last. Firstly, the location. Casa Noah has a great view of the lake and its surrounding nature. Whenever we go there, we rarely need to find a restaurant to enjoy the view of Taal lake because we have access to its beautiful view just fron our bedroom. The place is also clean, and the staff mostly left us to our devices, except of course when they were logging us in, which they did in a friendly manner. If there's just one thing for improvement, it's the wifi. I don't know if it's because there was a storm at the time we went there so everything was wonky, or it was jusg faulty to begin with. But other than that, like I said, we'll keep on coming back.
