Stayed for 3 nights. Clean room, comfortable bed. Not sure if it's because of the sightseeing or not, but the air conditioning was cool. The service staff were good from the reservations team to the reception. There is a spacious, clean, and comfortable recreational room. However, only 2 bottles of drinking water were provided in the room during check-in. Should provide it every day, for example, if staying for 3 nights, should get 6 bottles of water.

Great location, beautifully designed”
The place is beautifully designed. The Superior Double Room photos are a little bit misleading because we expected two beds so my sibling and I can sleep comfortably. However, I only got 1 bed which can barely fit us. Still, the bathroom is quite nice which is my selling point. The heaters work wonderfully! The location is a few steps away from a couple of nice places, malls, and restaurants that are open until late. Train stations are walking distance. There's a nearby Sasa and McDonald's and restaurant called "Ice" which served really good noodles and food. The location is good for travelling families or seniors. On the other hand, found a random whole eyelash on the floor too. Otherwise my stay was quite pleasant but forgettable.

I was able to book this quite early and caught a good price. Prime location. 5-7mins away from the A21 bus stop coming from the airport. Get down on the Cameron road stop and walk to Carnarvon to turn left. The Family Quad room was spacious and our group of 11 booked 3. The aircon was cold and comfortable, the beds and pillows just right, the lighting was soft and cozy and there was just more than enough room for big luggages. There were huge closets that let you fit everything and still leave our young kids enough space to move around. My other experiences were: 1. The promised Drinking Water was only a one-time deal, and it was given only upon check-in and then no more, even if we had 3 Quad rooms booked for 4 nights. 2. The bathroom had built-in body wash /shampoo/ conditioner in the shower area but there was no soap dispenser in the lavatory (handwashing) area. 3. There’s no bidet which is now essential for modern bathrooms. 4. No hooks to hang our damp bath towels despite the huge space in both bedroom and bathroom. 5. The reception staff are not so friendly. They will greet you only if you greet them. And sometimes, they ignore you (maybe they had earphones on?). The cleaning staff are ok. Even if they don’t speak English well, their smiles and tone of voice are warm and friendly. The rooms are not cleaned daily. There’s a schedule for that, every Monday, which we don’t at all mind. But the towels are changed daily, yey! Just no place to hang them in a room good for 4. Ebeneezers lamb kebabs are my thing and it’s just 50 meters away. Circle K convenience store just very near; McDonalds also in the same street. The subway is 7minutes away and inconvenient when it rains but you can’t have everything. If you value comfort and space and family time, book here. We were caught in a Signal 8-10 storm and had to stay cooped for 1.5days but hey, it feels like a treat to be in such a well decorated, well-placed, spacious comfortable environment. It just needs
