"My mother-in-law and myself stayed in the express in nec in aug 2010 when we went to vist friends in Birmingham. i picked this one as it was near the airport. I would have no complaints at all about the hotel, it was spotlessly clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very comfortable and we had loads of tv channels and even though we were near the from entrance we were never woken up by noise or anything.I have stayed with Express Inn before in Newcastle and i was not disappointed, it was exactly what we wanted. Top marks to them."

"The hotel has lots of facilities for me to use. One of the highlights of the hotel for me is the taxi that they provide from the hotel. The taxis are Mercedes Benz E-Class and the fare is relatively cheap compare to many other taxi company. For such a big hotel, the staff are very efficient. They very friendly and also helpful. The location is ideal for me because it's located next to the NEC which means that it will be quiet at night rather then the city. If I do need to get into the city, they provide shuttle bus to Birmingham international train station which has regular service to the city itself. Another alternative is using the taxi which cost me less than 20 pounds in a very comfy ride. "
