My friend and I stayed here for 4D3N. Although the location is at the heart of TST, the property itself is far from tourist attractions such as Victoria Harbor, K11, Avenue of Stars, etc. You can opt for a bus, but that's not the point. Another con is that the nearest MTR station is a 9–10 minute walk, depending on how fast you can walk. If you want to use the MTR, expect a lot of transfers. The bus stop for A21 got farther along due to the ongoing construction. There are many restaurants, drugstores, and shopping centers around the property. On the other hand, the hotel room is very spacious, with a huge window with a city view; even the restroom has a huge lavatory and a bathtub. Our room, which is on the 13th floor, is still not renovated, but at least it's clean and has no bad smell. The TV was not working, the air conditioning was not very cold but just enough to make you feel comfortable, the breakfast menu didn't change throughout our stay, and the most significant issue we had was that their wifi connection was very slow, so we had to use our own data. The hotel staff were all nice, especially the cleaning lady; she even offered us a change of towels since we didn't want her to service our room. We never encounter any rude or angry locals, unlike the other travelers who describe the locals as rude, angry, or always shouting. Gladly, we never had such encounter, and I found the locals quite nice and helpful—not friendly, but just so nice that I will remember them with fondness. Overall, this hotel became our home away from home, and we had a pleasant stay. I highly recommend it due to its affordability, and the staff and rooms are commendable. But if you're looking for transportation convenience, this hotel may not be the perfect choice. PS. Nearby, there's a restaurant that we frequented during our trip called "Roast Goose Restaurant." They serve a variety of inexpensive dishes with a huge portion, good for sharing by 2-3 people. And their foods are very delicious!! You can also save 5 HKD if you opt for a takeaway. That's all.

I just stayed at best western hotel in Kowloon for 5 days, the receptionist was very nice and fast service, I got room at 10th floor, the room was very clean , quite spacious, I think the room just renovated but not the lift, the lift still good in function, I didn't know whether all the hotels in Hongkong didn't provide drinking water and I already asked about that and they said Hongkong government policy to reduce plastic use , but I thought the could provide the water dispenser at the lobby. A little bit noisy you can hear the voice in the other room if the talk loudly and open/ close the door. But overall was ok. The location was easy to reach by taking bus A21 straight down in the front of the hotel, near with station Tsim Sha Tsui, there are many restaurants and 7 11 around the hotel

We were checked in late and the guy at the front desk wasn’t really helpful. He just keeps saying “the room is not ready” but wouldn’t give us what time the room will be ready. The second person we talked to was a woman and was more helpful and told us the room will be ready after 10 mins and this was almost 4pm. The hotel was clean, heated showers, no tub, two towels and two pillows each which were comfy. The walls however are very thin. We can hear the room beside us watching tv and the cleaning staff were noisy outside the room. The location is good as well, the restaurant beside the hotel was excellent. The hotel is near public transpo (bus and MTR). Overall, it was just “okay.” Definitely not the best but given that we only stayed here at night to sleep and were out during the day, I guess it was just okay.

The hotel's location is close to everything that a traveler might need such as restaurants, food shops/stalls, malls, public transport (trains and buses). The hotel provided us with a clean room which is spacious enough for us a family of 4 adults and 1 child. The only issue we had is the shower room's floor sink is clogged, the water is slow to get drained. Fortunately, the floor drain cover was detachable so we were able to prod a stick to remove some of the debris obstructing the water. Overall, our experience with our room in Best Western Plus Hotel Kowloon was great. We will definitely choose this place if we will have a chance to visit Hong Kong in the future and also, we will recommend to our friend and relatives.
