    “Above average”

    The manager was approachable. Very disappointed as we were transferred to another unit and location without asking us first. After few negotiations which we were the one who initiated and supposed to be the host first, the transaction was settled and gave us discount of not paying additional for our 2 guest as I requested for them as per consideration of what happened. We accepted to continue the booking as we don’t have any choice as well because it was last minute change for us from them. We came from a place 4hrs away from the rented unit so we have to just go ahead. I hope that this won’t happen again.

    “Unexpected charges, mosquitoes”

    We were suddenly charged P2000 upon arriving, saying that we only booked for 3 but we had 5 persons. There were also so many mosquitoes inside the house.

    “Full disclosure ”

    I booked the place for 3 adults , and it showed 2br and sofa bed. When I arrived they said price is just 1 Br and they no longer have sofa bed. They only provided 2 towels and bed was dusty which I knew bec I am allergic

    “Very good”

    Owner is accommodating, but i’m not so sure if she is in Philippines. Just be cautious with the caretaker. It was my 1st time to encounter a clean as you go policy to refund my incidental deposit.
