Unfortunately our stay was less than pleasant. They wouldn't let us check-in until 1pm when their information says check-in is at 12pm. Our room was directly above the common area. We heard people fighting and talking about how they have to be drunk to pick up girls between 3:30-5:30 AM. The walls are so thin you can practically hear your neighbors breathe and in our case they were watching a video with the volume up and talking until 12am. Cigarette smoke filled our room every time someone smoked downstairs. The bathrooms were cluttered with people's things. That being said, when we brought our complaint to the staff they were really sweet and kindly switched our room for the next night. The new room still had very thin walls but we slept a bit easier not being over the common space.
Staff very accommodating
Was my second visit and would return again. Good location- close to attractions but quiet at night. Staff will help you to sort anything from activities to travel with ease and a smile. Recommended to any traveller as prices are reasonable with great chilled out service.
We were mostly using the room for a homebase as we met with friends around town and looked for jobs. The old city is probably not the ideal locale for this sort of visit but Baan elephant was a pleasant place to stay. Additionally those working there were helpful and even allowed me to use their iron to prepare my interview attire. This is a totally clean and chill guesthouse that I will reccomend to all friends coming into town!
I absolutely loved the look, feel, and experience of the Baan Elephant House. It seemed like the best combination of location, amenities, and value on Agoda so I chose it just based on what I saw on the site. My time there was so great that when I went back to Chiang Mai I stayed at Baan Elephant House everytime. A good mix of travelers stay here and it can be a quiet place to enjoy yourself.
Located near the southwest corner of the Old City. The three story open tree-house like building is cool. We stayed for a few nights. The walk to Thapae Gate was a little far but nothing to discourage you - unless you hate walking. Good restaurant not too far, laundry across the street. The beds are hard mattresses on the floor. Kinda local Thai style. But the rooms are clean along with the shared bathroom. Lots of open public spaces to look out over the town or read a book. Not traffic noise either! We tried to stay longer but they were booked.
位置在一条很偏僻的小巷里，最不能忍受的就是卫生环境了，厕所里面的水沟上面就只盖了一层木板，环境简陋且肮脏，卫生间还发现了小强！床单也旧旧脏脏的，大床房是两张铁床拼在一起睡上去还有咔嚓声，房间无窗，灯光昏暗，大厅里的外国游客都随便的把脚搭在桌子上，整个大厅一股脚臭味，价格还比之前在宁曼路住的单人间贵。唯一安慰的是店员英语不错健谈，但是check in时候的接待却是一副臭脸。
感觉服务与价格不符合，特别是没有表明公用卫生间，隔音效果差，晚上如有人聊天很吵，住宿不佳体验
徒歩で探すとなかなか見つけずらいかもしれません。コンビニまでは歩いて10分位。 去年出来たばかりと言って、スタッフのお姉さんが1階から3階まで案内してくれましたが、2階3階には広めのヨガスペースや談話スペースがあり全体的に長期滞在でのんびり過ごせるイメージ。 部屋も十分にスペースがあって湿気もなく快適でした。 1つ気になったのはトイレ・シャワールームの上が1部オープンで網すら貼られていないため蚊が少々…。ただ、1階にも2階にも共同のシャワールームが2.3箇所あったので気になればそっちを使えばいいかなと思います。 何気にあちこちこだわりのあるオシャレで温かみのあるGHでした。
Nhân viên tại khách sạn cực kỳ thân thiện, họ hướng dẫn rất nhiệt tình. Ở những chỗ khác mình phải trả tiền để in tài liệu thì ở đây hoàn toàn miễn phí. Duy nhất 1 điểm là khách sạn hơi khó tìm, cả Agoda và Google đều định dạng sai vị trí của khách sạn nên lần đó mình mất khá nhiều thời gian để tìm và thêm 2 lần mò đường để quay trở lại khách sạn, các bạn nên tìm theo địa chỉ đường Samlan, đến Soi 7 rẽ vào 1 đoạn là tới. Ở khách sạn có cho thuê xe đạp, xe máy và có bán 1 số tour trek rừng, zipline,...
เงียบสงบ คล้ายบ้านตนเอง สามารถเดินเล่นในเกาะเมืองได้สบาย ร้านรถเช่ามากมาย
คุ้มค่า ห้องพักโอเค
แอร์ร้อนมาก หาที่ปรับก็ไม่เจอ ผ้าเช็ดตัวก็ไม่มีให้ กระจกห้องน้ำก็ใสอีก
Die Wände der Zimmer sind wie aus Pappe, man hört alles vom Nachbarn. Indem Waschräumen wurde ,wie es aussieht noch nie geputzt. Buche ich niemals wieder

Es un lugar muy acogedor todo en madera, la habitación es cómoda y acogedora aunque me tocó en la tercera planta con escalera de caracol y el baño está en la segunda planta, lo cual es un poco incómodo, pero compensa la tranquilidad y las vistas que hay desde arriba. El personal muy atento y dispuesto. Un lugar perfecto para quedarse
Reservemos 3 noches y solo estuvimos la primera. Debajo de la cama encontramos un raton muerto, cosa que yo puedo llegar a entender. Lo que no entiendo es que la habitacion olia fatal y teniamos debajo de la cama el raton, botellas de agua y bolsas de comida vacias. El cuarto de baño privado queda exterior con una gran ventana sin cristal por la noche daba miedo ir, el desague tambien abierto parecia que tenia que salir una serpiente en cualquier momento. En resumen....no limpian
Impeccable. Loin du bruit et des putes. Idéal avec le parc a côté pour aller jouer avec les enfants. Les chambres en bois sont sympa, même si effectivement l'isolation phonique va avec. Mais les gens sont respectueux du lieu donc tout se passe bien.
Nous sommes restés 2 nuits dans cet hôtel aux allures d'auberge de jeunesse...Pour le prix c'était très bien...hotel au calme mais possibilité d'aller à pied dans la vieille ville... Pour un hôtel de passage c'est très bien...
Accueil normal.Absence de bouteilles d'eau de bienvenue. Absence de serviettes de toilette. Absence de nécessaire de toilettes(shampoing, gel douche, dentifrice et brosse à dents).Présence d'un portant avec un seul cintre. Absence de bois de lit (matelas mince directement sur le plancher en bois).Sur la photo il laisse apparaitre une armature bois dans cette classification. Une affiche dans la chambre annonce : Défense de fumer(OK),défense de manger(OK), défense de boire(Ok pour l'alcool), sous peine d'amende de 500 baths. Qui est habilité à verbaliser ce genre d'infraction.Sur le descriptif photos, il est bien visible une salle de bains et toilettes. Rien n'est précisé nulle part que ces commodités sont COMMUNES et NON PRIVATIVES pour le palier. POURQUOI OSENT ILS MARQUE CETTE PHRASE QUI EST VRAIMENT ERONNEE ET QUI NE CORRESPOND PAS AVEC LA REALITE?????? " Toutes les chambres comportent des équipements qui assurent un niveau de confort sans égal." A vous de juger mes commentaires et de m'aviser des conclusions de votre enquête.

“very good price and location, very noisy”
Average guesthouse, with good location and very reasoneble pricing. Thin walls and floor made of wood is nice looking, but guest can hear everything outside the room even footsteps . Not good if you want to sleep hard. Very helpful staff .
