Location Is Everything!”
You can walk out your door and be just a couple of blocks from the infamous Bangla Rd. The room was huge. We selected the Beach Front View. While the view was lacking due to.the overgrowth of vegetation, the location and privacy more than made up for it. The staff were very, very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff took excellent care of us from robes to slippers to fresh towels daily. We stayed a total of about 10 days. Only part was booked through Agoda. When I extended the room I found booking straight through the hotel was within two or three dollars of Agoda's price per night. I would absolutely stay here when I comeback at the end of the dry season.

Best location, clean rooms, great for kids”
I was surprised to see the great location of this hotel right on the Main Street in front of the beach, you have your breakfast on a clear view of the beach, few seconds walk from Bangla Road but no noise, very nice stuff (only small minus was for their 30 minutes check in). Great play room for small kids and toddlers. Nice rooms. Morning time - a bit noise for late sleepers (banging doors), but that happens in many hotels. Recommend.

Absolute best”
First time traveller's to Phuket! Absolutely loved evrything about this hotel! Had everything you need plus more , the location is spot on! 5 minutes each way and your either looking at the beach or walking down the infamous Bangla street shopping your day away! The buffet breakfast is to die for with too many options ! We had to eat in stages! Staff are amazing and quick to help! I cannot find not one fault ! Super happy ! Will definitely return for our next trip to Phuket!

Hotel view great view and great staff”
I travelled solely to Phuket and stayed at Baan Liamai for 5 nights. Right from booking in to check out the process was quite smooth. The hotel is located in a prime location with beach just across the road. Lots of food options at the hotel and around the hotel. Very easy access to Patong beach and the view from the hotel was just fabulous. Very clean rooms and regular access to 2 bottled water everyday. My booking had breakfast included and the breakfast too had a variety of food options to choose from. Being a sole traveller I need felt anything missing and the staff was very helpful too. Definitely a hotel that I would recommend to stay and would go back again if I ever visit Phuket again. Thank you Baan Laimai for the wonderful experience!

Beautiful Resort Getaway ”
Beautiful view, great beach vibes, definitely killer sunset from the comfort of your beachfront room. Great getaway, location pretty touristy, but a short walk away will be in range of normal shops at Patong area. Staff professional, courteous and check-in was swift. Beachfront room which I stayed in, is well furnished, comfortable, and even has a large 42" Smart TV with youtube and Netflix. Short 5min walk to Bangala Street where most of the action occurs, after 11pm will have a local street food market popping up. Overall a 5 stars experience !

Great location, Nice hotel”
Location is absolutely great, right front of beach and 10 mins walking distance from walking street or night market whatever you wanna call it. but rooms were great had a pool , very well maintained , inhouse restaurant is there . enjoyed the in house Thai message as well. the only issue is the driver they gave me in return to the airport, seems like a frustrated person rash driving, honking and continuously on phone . As far as hotel staff is concern all were very nice and helpful. pro tip: if you are visiting be careful about the season as it may get crazy humid :)

Unbelievable Value in Every Way”
I can't recommend Baan Laimai highly enough. From the moment we were dropped off in the main street (instead of the reception down a side alley) without hesitation a staff member showed us the way to reception. We were so impressed we actually extended our stay at Baan Laimai and extra 3 days that we hadn't budgeted for. In our 10 day stay there was not one time that something happened (or failed to happen) or that the service wasn't exceptional. Do yourselves a favour and book a room with breakfast included. The staff and food were first class. If you decide to leave the resort (with a fabulous pool, great dining, nightly live music, a well equiped gym and fabulous rooms, then just cross the road id Patong Beach, 30 metres south is a night food market, a few hundred metres north brings you to Bangla Road (after passing numerous restaurants). We will be back is the promise we made ourselves.

Incredible Getaway”
Booked an incredible 5 night offer with wife and our 2 y/o here to escape the Bangkok smog. Although we were required by the gov't to stay in the resort, this was really not a problem. We all got a great breakfast every day in the deal, the room was flawless, and all the staff were amazing - from the room cleaners to the DJ. Although there is some refurbishment going on in another part of the complex, we were not affected at all and all the facilities were top notch. Huge thanks to the team for making our stay so memorable!

Read the fine print”
This is a great hotel located right on the beach. The hotel restaurant serves up excellent food--I mean really great food and the restaurant staff are great. The hotel is a sold 3-4 star. The hotel furniture is not over the top. It is basic but comfortable. My only qualms was the shower had soap stains all over it. I assume these accumulate over time, but I never saw a hotel with soap stains on its shower doors. Otherwise, it was clean. Secondly, if you do not check in with the second party on your room, you will be charged 1000 baht per night extra. Even if you booked this room for 2 people. Carefully read the policy they make you sign when you check in. I didn't pay it much attention, since I've never had to sign anything like this before, but was caught unaware. The hotel staff are attentive and polite. Really great place and aside from the above, very minor things, the overall experience was excellent and I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic hotel”
Stayed at the Baan Laimai with a group of mates on a boys trip. Great location close to Bangla Road and Otop. Rooms are large and clean, staff are very friendly and the pool is fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel and will come back to stay here again.

Outstanding Staff and a terrific location”
This is our fourth stay at the Baan Laimai and we are so pleased with the quality of the service and the resort. A big thankyou to all the excellent staff. Nothing is ever too much trouble and it makes our stay such a pleasant experience. The outdoor dining on the beach was memorable. We were somewhat perplexed by the local authority decision to ban the consumption of alcohol when dining. We wished we could use the facility for longer than the allocated 2 days. It was a great bonus for our stay and wished it was permanent without restrictions. Special mention to the management staff, Eak and Alek, for exceptional attention to detail. The hotel's location and facilities are appealing and the price is so reasonable. I would recommend the pool view option as being the best value. Room wi-fi is reliable and fast. Restaurant and Bar facilities not expensive and the beachfront location is so appealing.

Top Value for Your Money”
It was the best holiday accommodation I've every experienced. The service and facilities are first class. location is perfect, just across the road from the beach. If you want nightlife, bars etc then it's a 5 minute walk to Bangala Road. If you want a relaxed, quiet time, you have it. It's suitable for singles, couples and families. We found the room to be immaculate and everything working perfectly. We'll be back for sure

Amazing Choice”
This resort came up as a recommendation on Agoda and I took a gamble, and it paid off brilliantly. The location is right infront of the beach, amazing restaurant with live music, big pool, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable with a nice balcony.
