It's cute and clean, cosy with a library and windowseats. However, the staffs are very loud even in the middle of the night. And there is no elevator even if there's only 3 floors.
nice big rooms,big bathroom,good wife,breakfast choice between 8 dishes,bycicle available ,but Chinese,so for small people.Owner is fantastic
tried 3 hotels in Phrae,and this hotel is really super,big clean rooms,no noise, choice of breakfast between 8 dishes.And the owner really helps with everything
This is our third stay at the Baan I Inspire - and we have never been disappointed. Spacious rooms, beautifully clean, comfortable beds with lovely sheets, very friendly and accommodating staff. What more could we want? Fantastic value for money. Thank you again. Highly recommended.
Quiet and good service
Our family enjoyed our stay at Baan I Inspire. The staff is super friendly and our rooms were very nice, comfortable, and clean. They provided a nice Thai breakfast of your choice(you choose the day before & they cook & provide it for you the next morning). Coffee, Tea, & Hot water along with snacks provided all day long. We didn’t see a lot of food choices within walking distance, but we had a vehicle. We would gladly stay here again in our next visit to Phrae.
Clean room, comfortable bed, acceptable breakfast (choices to choose). Free self-serve coffee, tea, Ovaltine, water and bananas at the reception area.

we just stayed a night, Such a nice guy at the reception, he lent us his motorbike for the evening for free, thanks again, room is immaculate, location a bit too far to walk into old town
This is the hotel that we like so much. The girl at the reception is nice and smiley. We feel relaxing here and the hotel is new and clean. Shower area separate dry and wet area which is very good. The bed is comfortable and the room has everything you need with a big fridge. At the lobby, they provide coffee all day that you can serve yourself. We will definitely go back whenever we have chance to visit Phrae again.
Wifi was not working properly Location was ok if you have a car.
Very nice newer hotel in a quiet location with large clean room and facilities. About a twenty minute walk to old town but after a long day on motorcycle a great way to stretch the legs and a convenient local market made dinner a breeze along the way. One of better value hotels I have stayed at in Thailand. Had a sunset view room which was nice especially.
Nice & well equipped
Super spacious clean room with excellent service. Location was a bit tricky just because we got there at night. Otherwise, it a great place to stay.

New small hotel, clean & quite. No facilities such as restaurant, swimming pool, elevator. But those are not expected in the first place.

Great hotel with an amazing and likable owner. He was very kind to pick up us from bus station at our arrival to Phrae. The building itself is modern and eye-catching with inspiring interior design and beautiful garden surroundings. The room was big, clean and comfortable as well. We had very relaxing time here. The only drawback for us was that we didn't have our own transport to move around Phrae and the hotel is 2-3 km from city center with all historical building attractions. Nevertheless, Baan I Inspire is truly inspiring place and highly recommended for a comfort stay.

First I arrived to the hotel and you feel like home already.. check in very fast and I liked the room a lot.. and this hotel make me feel really like home.. staffs are super friendly.. the day I checked out it's was raining and I can't find the taxi to send me to the bus station and the owner of the hotel drive and send me to the bus station!! I'm really appreciate the service!! I will back to stay here again!!

Wonderful staff. Very large clean room that was cheap. No good for wheel chair access if you have a high room. Very quiet and pleasant stay. Owner has terrific english and caring staff.

City center is within 5 mins ride. Room is super clean and spacious. Upon arrival, we were greeted with very warm welcome from the owner. Feel like home!

really enjoyed our stay here. owners are nice. their attention to details made the place better than many fancy hotels. rooms new and clean. superb breakfast. easy to get around in the small town of phrae.

New and Clean. But not much to do in hotel other than library
Booked for one night and extended at once, amazed at the quality of the room. I only booked a so called small room but I think they use different measurements than me, spotlessly clean and all of a high quality. Breakfast is very casual, ask and if they have it you can have it, staff are great. Highly recommended if you want to escape the cities without giving up the good things in life.
The hotel is new and the rooms and bathroom are exceptionally clean. Mr Q is a great host, he picked and dropped us off from the bus station, organised a motorbike rental to be collected from the hotel and told us the best places to visit in Phrae. We felt Phrae was the friendliest Thai city, local people go out of their way to help you, taxis drivers are honest and although there an no tourist attractions, Phrae depicts real Thai life. A great stopover place, untouched by tourists and you get to see and meet local Thai people with very good English.

プレー県へ旅行の際に一泊しました。全般的に悪くはないのですが、特筆すべきものもないです。料金は少し高い気がしました。
出発前におススメのレストランやワークショップなど、あれこれ細かく質問したのですが、とても親切に教えて下さり、おかげで短い滞在でしたが充実した時間を過ごすことができました。ホテル自体の滞在時間は少なかったのですが、清潔できれいなホテルでした。
妻と一泊しました。清潔で設備も問題無く稼働しました。歯ブラシと髭剃りはなかったので持参が必要です。ドライヤーは部屋にはないのでレセプションにお願いして準備頂きました。 朝食はブュッフェではなく前日にオーダーすることになってました。チキンライスが美味しかったです。 レセプションの方は多少英語話せました。 安心できるホテルだと思います。

“Great option for Phrae”
This is a great option if you are in Phrae. We were driving from Nan to Chiang Mai and used this hotel to break up the journey. It is clean and the staff were kind. The breakfast was good. I loved the little reading library that was near our room.
