Staff are very accommodating. Good location since it's along the main road, easy to find.
Though the place has a love hotel vibe I really had a comfortable stay in Asiatel. The room serves it purpose as I needed a place to stay where I can be online for work and meet up with friends in Sta Rosa without breaking the bank.
Happy because it was easy check in and check out (my recent stays in other Agoda bookings very time consuming and complicated with photos of booking forms and emailing copies). Staff were friendly and efficient. Rooms clean and well maintained. Old style aircon a little noisy. And roadside room also added traffic noise. Overall, good.
First, it is hard to call them up. It took so many mins before they answer the phone. 2nd, there was a roach in the room, 3rd the heater did not immediately work.
Checkin time is 12 noon.Check out time is 12 noon too. Not bad at all. Although there is no fridge at the room for the type of room we pid for however for hot water for coffee you can ask at the lobby. You get what you pay for and it is pretty Decent. 👍
We complained to their staff that the food we received for breakfast doesn't taste at all and all they did was nothing.

Nice stay, cheap price
Very very very noisy. You can hear all the noise from outside during all hours day and night. The AC was vibrating and very loud. The blanket I mean the sheet was so thin🥴 and the TV was set up so high you’ll get a headache looking up. Pros : The employees were kind and helpful. The food are excellent. Love love the pinakbet, the halo halo and shrimp tempora was ok.

Flexible in check in time
Our booking was for the sept 24th-27th. The flight got delayed and it was so difficult to catch a ride from Naia to this location because it was far. We arrived around 2am, got checked in etc. On the 26th in the afternoon we recieved a call from the hotel reminding us that our checkout is at 2am. I told them that must be a mistake our booking is until 27th 11am. We got back to this establishment and indeed in their own twisted logic, we need to check out at 2am or else we have to pay an extension to check out at 11am because we checked in at 2am. There was no reasoning with them. They even said it doesnt matter what agoda booking said, what matters is what is on their computer and that is what it says. After much arguing we paid, and i reached out to Agoda customer servince which was kind enough to assist me.
Reserved for almost 2 weeks for 3 executive rooms yet our rooms were seperated. The recepsionist was not even aware of our reservation. She asked for our room numbers yet we were the one asking her of our rooms.
One Word.....NASTY

For a budget hotel, I would say it's worth your money if you're simply looking for a place to rest and spend the night. Situated in a good location, with malls and other recreational places nearby. Food from hotel service are also satisfactory.

The room is ok, but needs more light and thorough cleaning. Wifi is ok. Food is ok. The service crew is not assisting in carrying luggage / things.

It is a short time hotel!
Pillows looks like being used for a month, the mirror in the bathroom were dirty. I don't feel comfortable. It's dirty.
Good place to stay and affordable
There were shady people outside the hotel when we arrived -- both men and women -- that it felt unsafe for our family. Looks more like a love hotel than anything else. Staff does not possess any proper customer service skills and were not at all very helpful. We ended up getting another more expensive hotel the same night because we simply cannot stay there.

I can't say it was the best stay for a budget hotel.. but it is clean enough, quiet. There was supposed to be a WiFi but it was down tht time and they ddnt give u options but to use ur mobile internet at ur own expense. There's no kettle. Just TV with cable channels, there's hot water, towels, flip flops, the toiletries, there's a small table and chairs to put ur things. That's it
Place was good. Wifi was good. Tv was bad though but who needs tv nowadays. would be great if I could connect tv to my phone. Staff was meh but at least they were polite.

Worth the price and near to paseo and Nuvali. We can't hear sound from other rooms which is nice. We booked a Family Room because double room is fully booked duting our stay but it seems that the rooms there during our stay is vacant. Overall it was great and will be back soon.
If you are looking for a cheap, clean and quiet place to stay, this is a place that you should consider.
The stuff is not kind I don’t like this hotel
It is a pocket friendly accommodation & very clean to be fair & just. However , i can not completely recommend the place because i never thought upon booking that there are facilities at the back that are use to accommodate as a motel. Although the family accommodation is in front i felt not so comfortable especially with our 4 teens during the stay.
Booked the executive room, though room is small, it is clean esp. the bathroom. The place is near Vista Mall, Paseo Outlets and Solenad Nuvali.
We booked a room here last July 2018. The Agoda booking was flawless even at the last minute. The staff was really accommodating and confirmed our booking immediately upon arrival. Note that there is a deposit fee for the key that cost PHP200 (this is if you would like to keep the key with you during your stay -- which I recommend). The key deposit fee is refundable upon check-out. They have WiFi at the inn but do not expect high-speed. At Room I where we stayed, we barely got a connection. Overall the stay was acceptable for business purpose in an emergency. The price was acceptable, and the lowest you can find in the area that is not cheap-looking. The place is great for families, too. Very near to nearby establishments. Waltermart - Santa Rosa is about 5-10min walk, or ride the tricycle for PHP10 each passenger. A 24hr McDonald's is also about the same distance.
It is an Inn for those who don’t want to be seen with their someone, on the side.
Staff yelling and shouting at 6 am. No regards for people sleeping. Loud traffic, bad location.
Hotel room has no facilities at all! The 1st night of our check in the reception refuse to allow us to have the keys even though we were in the rooms. so we were without keys while sleeping in the rooms. No drining water, no floor matt pratically nothing, very bad wifi! No blankets, only flat sheet. Looks more like a 'short-time' motel. Not recommended and should be struck off AGODA's list. First experience in my life of being refuse to hold the keys to the room eventhough we were inside the rooms!
Overall, it was good. It was very affordable and the room was neat and tidy.
