Comfortable and worth the cost”
I first stayed in Vivatel when I went to Kuala Lumpur for a month long job there. The foreigners in my company were given free accommodation in Vivatel as a sponsorship. So for a month, Vivatel was my home in Kuala Lumpur. I continued traveling to Kuala Lumpur after that one-month job for both business and personal matters and I did stay in Vivatel again and again and I really felt that the stay there was worth it. My wife was curious about the standard of Vivatel and so I brought her to stay there and she was also impressed and happy at the quality and standard of the hotel in a whole. I did face a few small problems like a faulty safe, broken bed leg and insufficient toilet supplies but the staff were all helpful in helping to rectify these kind of small problems. All in all, I am impressed and I hope the staff keeps up this level of excellence in their service.

This time I was with a friend in Taiwan went to Kuala Lumpur. I am looking for prices on the secondary and fit AGODA we live in hotels, and then a friend introduced soon VIVATEL newly opened to me, and then I studied VIVATEL location, room price, amenities, I feel pretty good, so we decided to choose this. Hurried trip, although not much time to stay in Hotel, do not use any facility, but this stay, we both very satisfied, comfort is very high, so we live very comfortable very satisfied, the other is satisfied rooms have WIFI . Also need to mention is that I liked the design of bathrooms, room interior design I personally like, very comfortable feeling, so I'm curious whether each room designs are different. This delightful stay experience I will introduce to my foreign friends.

first of all, Vivatel is seriously a good hotel. I like the design which is full mirror in the room and the receptionist, they are polite enough. Vivatel is good to those couple or new marriage to stay in, It's romantic. the only weakness is parking because it's very confuse to get the hotel entrance when I park at downstair. More but not least, It's 95% good in Vivatel.

Home away from home”
It was a pleasant stay within the city of Kuala Lumpur, a good place to stay if you are looking for somewhere convenient and peaceful at the same time. The rooms have different themes in them that makes them special, it is also extremely convenient to have the Viva Home Mall just below the hotel. Basically, this was a home away from home stay. Totally recommend it if you are looking for something reasonable and unique.

Comfort, Style and Service ”
Picked up a cab at the station and at this stage Vivatel is not well known to the cabbies but we got there with an Agoda map printout. Good restaurants and interesting shops inthe adjacent Viva Mall albeit the focus was on home furnishings. Using the train system is a bit of an exercise initially but once used to the system it is an economical way of moving around KL. Used the fast train from LCCT on arrival and with early departure the Skybus. Concierge arranged the taxi which was at a good price, very accomodating driver and reliable service - good peace of mind when missing the link could be disastrous. Very happy with our stay at the Vivatel and we would definitely consider staying again if we return to KL.

We really enjoyed our stay in Vivatel Hotel. We appreciate the helpful and nice staff! Really good location, breakfast and a functional and interesting design. Room has a nice decor and it would really be a huge advantage. For the shopping addict it is a good hotel to stay cause it just situated above shopping mall. Nice, creative, clean, comfortable hotel”
i have a wonderful stay in Vivatel. since I know i will check in late on the first day, i tried to call the reservation department to reserve a king size bed in my standard room, just in care run out of king bed room when i arrive. I explain i was travel with my husband and a kid, a twin bed will not comfortable for three of us. A lady from reservation department ask for our booking no. and she said she will try to manage but cannot promise.I didn't expect anything better for us in the late evening check-in. When i arrived around 7:00pm, i was being told the standard room we booked was fully occupied due to in conjunction with the world wushu championship which all the room was reserved for all the foreign travellers. But they do arrange and upgrade a grand suite for us without extra charges. We were so happy and i felt warm caring from the hotel. We really enjoyed a night in the grand suite and my kid loves the swimming pool. The breakfast was some local foods, western foods and salads. I would say it was definately value for money and i will be back again in the near future.

Enchanting water themed room! :)”
The stay in Vivatel was very pleasant. We stayed at the water themed room and it was as if we were staying in an aquarium as all the deco in the room just made us feel that way. It was really relaxing, and made us feel like staying in the room so much. The hotel is very new, and everything looked beautiful and new. We specifically went to KL to attend the Doraemon 100 gadgets expo, and hence we selected this hotel, which is linked to the Viva Expo directly through an escalator inside the hotel. It was very convenient, but the mall is quite limited. If not for the expo going on, we probably will not want to shop in Viva Expo mall.

good for stay, will come back again”
For hotel line, the most important thing is first impression...Vivatel staff was did...great job! only i and my husband was bored with breakfast item. 3days breakfast give steam bun, fried bee hoon, it may change to siew mai, fried mee or fried koay teow. For omelette station, staff must understand English also. For service side (restaurant) i saw like not enough staff to running. My 1day breakfast the service was good, but 2day a bit slow, 3days totally out...a lot of table no clear, no setting. Need some part time staff to stand by when high occupancy. Hope my next trip can enjoy the breakfast.

i easily stay at vivatel 10 times a year and more , but this trip was very disappointed , went to the reception at 2.30 was told your booking not here pls sit and wait , ok so i wanted after some times ask again another senior name lyana attended me ask me all over again name detail when u book 9k finei give again , same u pls sit , i was abit uncomfortable so i ask her could you pls check properly , she ask me again when u book and detail ... i mean what kind of hotel is this ??? if a junior cannot handle guest check in well then a senior comes should be better but no she even worst she me one kind of face ... this is so unprofessional and not well train .. even a jocker counter staff can recognize me i always stay there ... and a receptionist have to ask me again and again what kind of room u want and said sorry cant find your booking .. end up when i was a bit impatient har. .. ya the booking is there just the junior didn't saw it..

Comfortable Stay at a Good Price”
My stay at Vivatel Kuala Lumpur was pleasant. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff are polite. My only issue during my stay there is the room card have problem activating the lifts and it happened to a few guest waiting at the lift to go to their room. Overall stay is reasonably good.

Convenient & nice view”
I stay for 1 nights in Vivatel and it is convenient to Viva Home and visit Doeramon fair. Even though I wait for 2 hours for Aqua King size bed room, it is worth to have a nice room. I will choose the hotel again once I go Kuala Lumpur.

Nice and great hotel.”
This was my second stay in Vivatel, good location,good service,clean and tidy,easy parking.Thing to improve was the room lock.The room lock for both stay( previous and latest) make me feeling unsafe since the secondary lock inside the room almost fall down and didnt give protection at all. But anyway i will still choose this hotel as my first choice for coming vacation again.

Frontdesk Staff Needs Improvement!”
I'm a sucker for good hotels at a cheap price. Vivatel is a gem found in the outskirts of KL. Its not so convenient for old folks who cannot walk too far as there's many stairs up from the train station. However for young couples, its quite convenient. I had a great time with my boyfriend in this hotel. It was a perfect place and we would definitely come back. However, the frontdesk staff is not so accommodating. They did not try to give all they can and reject us even without giving a check. The housekeeping and other staff were awesome! Always so smiley and makes your day better each time.

Luxury hotel but not a good location”
The hotel is really nice with fantastic interior design. Clean and well equiped. We stayed there for 3 nights, food at the resturant was decent. The only down side is the location, vivatel hotel is located beside a highway and you have to walk roughly 10 minutes to the closest public transport. Another problem that I had was noisy guests in the corridor at night which woke me up couple of times. This hotel definately worth the money.

A new and comfortable hotel with modern facilities”
It was a pleasant stay at Vivatel. The standard room which I've stayed with my partner was spacious enough and very comfortable sleep . The linen, bed plus everything in the room are clean and new. There is a mall just next to the hotel therefore it's very convenient to get food and other stuffs. Staffs very polite and checking was smooth and fast. Came here to attend a wedding dinner held at the Chinese restaurant in the mall. Parking for customers are quite limited but still alright. Need only ten minutes to drive to centre of K.L. town if there is no traffic jam. All in all it's a good and value for money hotel.
