Excellent location and Great staff!”
The hotel location is great. 5 to 10mins walking distance to Ask BTS ,Terminal 21 and Sukhumvit MRT. The hotel staff are very polite and always greeted us with a big smile. We stayed on level 1. The room was big and clean. Just be careful of the shower area which is slippery after shower. The hotel did put a sign in the shower area regarding this. There are lots of food outlets/cafes around the hotel. We are definitely staying here when we come back to BKK. Once again, excellent customer service!

Comfortable stay.”
I chose to stay here because the photos of the room were promising. However, the actual rooms were a tad dated and not extremely polished. That being said, thankfully it was clean and no musky smell like the other reviews had stated. I believe the stinky smell come from the shower drain as i smelled it on the 2nd day without turning on the ventilation. Size - Credit to the size of the room. We really like how spacious it is. Noise - the walls are thin and could hear sound from the outside/neighbours. thankfully, our neighbours were relatively quiet. Distance - it is about 10 mins walk from Asoke BTS. I feel it is not too far and we got used to it. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!

Hotel located at a great location”
The hotel was located about 5 minutes' walk to Asoke BTS and Sukhumvit MRT stations and Terminal 21 Shopping Center. The location of the hotel was quiet for a peaceful night's sleep. The room was comfortable to live in and the housekeeping was excellent. The hotel front desk was helpful in assisting should you have any queries. There was a laundry shop and a launderette behind the hotel, about 2 minutes' walk. The laundry shop charges THB100/kg for next day collection and THB200/kg for same day collection. There was also a 7-11 nearby, about 1 minute walk and another 7-11 nearer to Asoke BTS. Overall, a great experience with almost everything near you.

The best hospitality ”
The hotel was at a very strategic location and only 3 to 4 mins walk to Asok metro and terminal 21. Hotel was very clean. Room was spacious and clean. The best thing was staff . They were so helpful, cooperative and try to help you in every way possible. Will definitely stay here again.

Arte Hotel”
I was in Arte hotel and the truth was that I was very impressed by the cleanliness, the location very close to Terminal 21, The excellent staff at all times make you feel good and willing to help you, personally I loved it and I recommend it 100% I liked it so much that I stayed there 3 times in the 3 weeks I was in Thailand and what I liked is that I asked if I could leave my baggage in custody and they told me that there is no problem and at no cost. Many thanks to all the staff at Arte Hotel. Sincerely a very happy customer.

Great stay, awesome hospitality”
From front desk to the security guard, all posses great hospitality and always greeting us in polite way. Help carry all luggages and put in our room well. Kind to help when we approach for taxi / car on call service and price is reasonable. Hotel room is spacious and clean. Stone away from Terminal 21 and 7 Eleven. Happening location and definitely will come back for another stay soon!

Amazing hotel with a great staff. I arrived before my check-in time and room was not ready, but I really needed to shower after 30+ hours of travel. They allowed me to go up to their rooftop pool and take a shower there. This was huge! I Felt great, and was able to go and explore until my room was ready. The room was clean and spacious. Everything was great. Really enjoyed my stay here.

LOVE THIS PLACE”
I really enjoyed my stay in Arte Hotel. The staff are all very friendly, welcoming and warm. Breakfast were amazing! Room was very clean and cleaned everyday. The view was good as well from our room. The only thing was, it was a little bit hard for Tuk-Tuk, Taxi or Grab to find the hotel however pro tip, you can say "Sukhumvit 19 (Sib Kao)" to the driver and they will straight away know where it is. Will come back and stay here again next time I'm back in Bangkok! Thank you, Arte Hotel!!!

From the moment you enter the hotel, you will warmly welcome from the security guard, bell boys to the counter staffs. Everyone is so polite . Kudos to the management. The room is clean, mattress is soft yet with good support. Location is quiet yet within walking distance to BTS , nightlife and T21. Maybe the box out signage along the main road need to be brighter or bigger. Overall, thumb up. You make my stay memorable.

Great Location, Large Family Room”
We booked the Family Room for 3 of us and it was so huge with 2x double beds. There was so much space and even a small balcony overlooking the city. The room was very clean and had a microwave for convenience. Location was excellent, simple 5min walk to Asok BTS where Terminal 21 and Sukhumvit MRT are as well. Lots of street food and massage places on the way as well. Value for money location.

I have stayed in this hotel before. So when we have a trip to Thailand, Bangkok with my boyfriend. I decided to stay here as well. It's very convenient to move around from Asok area. The hotel located on the same side as Terminal 21 Asok and 5-6 mins walk from the hotel to Terminal 21. The nearest BTS station is Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT. Very convenience! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Friendly staff, always welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean. It is tucked away making it a little difficult for taxis to find but the front desk is willing to speak to the driver to help direct them or just order you a taxi themselves. Breakfast is decent, for the most part they have usually the same options daily and switch up 2-3 items. Very short walk to Main Street. Beautiful view from the pool and depending on where your room is located. I would book again.

this is truly value for money hotel, it has good location and very friendly and accommodating staff. they even allowed us to check in early at 9am since our flight is early in the morning. the staff are always helpful to us whenever we enter the hotel premises, they always help in carrying our things and never fail to greet us. the breakfast is very good too, i especially like the bread station and they serve fresh fruits too. very happy with my stay!

Quarantine traveller...”
I can not recommend this place MORE to you to stay in during your quarantine period! Its excellent, first class, so thankful that I picked this place. Even prior to arriving they were so efficient. Every email was answered in full, quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. On arrival the room was perfect, items supplied were fantastic, just what you need for your time. The room is a nice size, super clean, and more that expected to be honest. The food is super good. I asked for a yoga mat, it was provided with no fuss at all! I 100% would say you can book this with every confidence for your quarantine stay!
