Stayed here for our last night in Bangkok before leaving for the airport. We booked the 2 bedrooms apartment. The apartment is a bit cramped. The baby cot provided couldn't even fit into our room. The facilities is good, with the washing machine and dryer. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to shout about. It is located just 5 min walk to the Phram Prong BTS station and also my favorite Emporium. Hotel is not that new anymore though. Will not hesitate to return in the future.

Arize Hotel Sukhumvit 26, Bangkok is the first one of the Arize Hotel. A small boutique hotel well located. One Suite rooms or Two Suite rooms are the best rooms for reasonable rates. The only drawback is the TV channels which need improvement. Not enough English channels and need more diversity and better quality.

This hotel was nice (if a bit past it’s prime) and clean. The staff was nice and helpful, and the location is good. Conveniently located for Sukhumvit activities. And they upgraded us to a lovely suite with two rooms and washing machine. I would definitely recommend it.

Booked a room for my solo friend. Breakfast is ok. Nothing to shout about. It is located just 5 min walk to the Phram Prong BTS station and also my favorite Emporium. Hotel is not that new anymore though. Will not hesitate to return in the future.

The good: location close to BTS station, Emporium & McQuartier Department Stores, and many restaurants nearby. The bad: one air conditioner in the room wasn’t functioning properly. After initial fix, it encountered the same problem the next day. I ended having to move to another room. What a hassle. In the new room the bedside lamp stopped working. The two rooms 836 and 736 had poor lighting. Finally the two sets of electrical outlets are inconveniently in the bedroom and bathroom. I ended up using the tea kettle on the bedroom frame platform.

Great location but lacking in service”
Location was fantastic. 5mins walk away from BTS with a 711 located just opposite the hotel and couple of eateries nearby that open till late as well. But if not there’s always GrabFood if you don’t mind the wait. Service levels from staff was really mediocre and pretty much non existent. The guy on the night shift basically looks like he doesn’t like nor enjoy what he’s doing without a smile on his face for the time I was there. Hotel itself was a little dim and shoddy given it’s being around for some time and not relatively near. However room was alright and had a bathtub which was kinda small. Shower head was also a little short if you’re tall >1.7m. Pretty much a decent place to stay if you are independent and don’t really need to interact nor rely much on the hotel staff. All in all still a great place to stay if you’re not fussy with how you’re being treated.

Cannot ask for more based on rate of this hotel. Just one area the hotel probably can take note. The glass panel at shower could pose a danger for some during bathing as its height is just below waist level.

It is nice place as photo shown. However, the air conditioners in the room and living room are poor. It is very hot under its weather. I did not recommend this hotel if the weather is hot.

This hotel really need a major servicing. ”
Pros : Staff is friendly. Competent. You get help when you need. Cons : Sliding door is not smooth, sort of damaged, look slanted & require quite abit of strength to open and close. Balcony door cannot lock. Lock is damaged. Toilet door handle squeak loudly which wakes your partner up for sure. Sofa is not clean, not recommended for guest with sensitive skins as it will cause itches and rashes after seating. Tv remote control will trigger both tv. Ended up you have to go into room to off the tv if you were watching outside. The room lock reader doesn’t sense so well. Sometimes you need to reposition the key card a few times to unlock the door. Overall i rather pay more for a better room then struggling with it most of the time.
