Rejuvenating stay”

We had a very relaxing time here. The property is gorgeous and the rooms are comfortable. Our dinner and breakfast were both delicious- although they were not served in our room directly- make sure you book the correct room if you are looking for that. The baths were very clean and accessible. Dinner is served either at 6 or 6:30pm and breakfast either at 8 or 8:30am. They come to your room during dinner and before breakfast to put out and put away the futons.

Arai Ryokan”

We are usually more economical travelers so this was a splurge for us, but wow! what a great experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was so great, with our two rooms both facing the river. The evening meal was quite the experience, not yum-yum, but rather how can any meal be so elaborate? And the hot baths, wow!

Relaxing getaway ”

This ryokan has everything for a traditional Japanese cultural stay. Amazing kaiseki breakfast and dinner. Definitely for the more adventurous eater. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The onsen baths were so relaxing and the hotel grounds were so peaceful. I definitely would recommend booking a room in the Hana Wing as we had a view of the bamboo forest, River, and two red bridges.

Thank you for this lovely review of your stay at Arai ryokan. We are pleased to hear that your stay was a success. Our staff strives to provide each guest with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. A room in the Hana Wing, as you had a view of the beautiful leaves in autumn season. We all look forward your next visiting to us.

I'm sorry, but "첫료칸" is not a word in Korean. It is possible that it is a misspelling or a typo. Can you please provide more context or information so I can assist you better?”

I thought it would be my first and last time going, so I paid a lot of money. Since there was no comparison group, I'm not sure what level it is, but I enjoyed various hot springs and the garden was very well maintained, so it was nice. The staff were also very friendly. Honestly, I'm not the type to enjoy hot springs, but all of them except one were okay. You'll probably know which one if you go. Dinner was decent, but not necessarily recommended. It's worth experiencing at least once.

Fantastic Stay”

Having stayed at a couple of Ryokans, this one was the most beautiful. The room and facilities were gorgeous and the staff friendly. Beyond the reception lobby, the Ryokan is truly stunning.
