To ensure the comfort of all guests staying at Apartelle 7, kindly take note of our house rules: - All units are strictly non-smoking. Guests who smoke in the units will be charged a professional cleaning fee of PHP 5,000.00 against their security deposit and may be charged an additional PHP 3,000 by the City. -Early Check-In or Late Check-Out may be arranged prior to your trip. This will be subject to availability and additional charges. - Please ensure that you have declared the exact number of guests who will be staying in the unit, including children. We are implementing a strict policy on the maximum number of guests per room in compliance with the guidelines set forth by the Department of Tourism Memorandum Circular No. 20. We will not allow entry of extra guests who have been under-declared. - Please return the key card upon check out. - Please put all left-over food in the trash bin under the kitchen sink. - Please wash dishes before leaving to avoid pests. - Your units are cleaned and sanitized prior to your stay. As a safety precaution due to COVID-19, housekeeping, make-up room services are only available upon request. - Housekeeping personnel are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to take your trash and assist with your needs. Please contact our Front Desk should you require assistance.

    2nd time to stay here but this time we brought more people and book more rooms. Location was good for us and parking availability was good too

    “Elegant Apartelle”

    The feel of the room is exquisite with elegant fixtures and design. We loved our stay and the only drawback is the huge chandelier at the center where it could hit and injure your head. Mine was hit 3x. I suggest to move it at the further from the center.

    “Last minute booking but no regrets”

    We loved the 2 bedroom apartment. Gave us cozy feels. Place was clean. The interior design was modern chic. Hot water and aircon was running. Host was in touch prior to our arrival and kept in touch and responded quickly. I also loved the fact that there was a bank at the ground floor and a decent grocery at the basement level. Since we brought our car, it was still easy to get around from the apartment. ❤️❤️

    “Superb Hotel”

    Nice, spacious rooms. There's aircon in the room, hair dryer and almost everything that you need is provided already from the towels, toiletries and kitchen utensils. There's a laundry shop, BDO Bank, supermarket, nail and massage spa, salon, coffee shop, restaurant in the bldg. Plus MS. Danica is very nice and accommodating. We will definitely come back here.
