    “Perfect Family Stay Near Nagoya Station with Great Amenities”

    Our family had a wonderful time staying here! The hotel is super convenient, being just a short walk from Nagoya Station, which made exploring the city a breeze. The room was spacious enough for our group, with a cozy, homely feel. The heater worked really well, which was a bonus during the colder weather. While we didn't get the chance to use all of the amenities, I have to mention the onsen. It looks like it would be perfect for relaxing after a long day, especially on chilly days. With such great facilities, I think it would be hard to leave feeling anything but happy. All in all, it’s a great choice for families or groups looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Nagoya. Highly recommend!

    “A Memorable Stay with Excellent Hospitality, but Limited English Communication and Luggage Services”

    pleasure of staying at APA hotel in Nagoya, Japan, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The hotel's hospitality truly stood out, making my stay memorable. I would like to share my review, highlighting the hotel's strengths and areas for improvement. First and foremost, the hotel's onsen facilities were exceptional. The traditional Japanese hot spring offered a serene and relaxing experience, rejuvenating both body and mind. The indoor amenities, including the well-appointed rooms and modern TV system, added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay. One aspect that particularly impressed me was the quality of the bedding. The hotel provided plush and comfortable mattresses and pillows, ensuring a restful sleep each night. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail in this regard. The hotel's location was another major plus. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore Nagoya. I do have a couple of areas of improvement to mention. Firstly, the staff's English communication skills were somewhat limited, which occasionally posed challenges when seeking assistance or information. I encountered some difficulty with luggage storage. Unfortunately, the hotel did not offer luggage storage at their counter, and there were no nearby luggage coin lockers available. This limitation inconvenienced me during check-in and check-out, and it would be beneficial if the hotel could provide a secure storage area for guests' luggage.

    “Superb value and great stay overall”

    I recently stayed at this fantastic hotel and was thoroughly impressed! The location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions, shopping, and public transport. It truly made exploring the area a breeze. The value for money is unbeatable, offering spacious rooms and top-notch services without breaking the bank.     “It gets what I care about!”

    + very convenient location: just a few minutes’ walk from Nagoya station + very clean: I guess the hotel is still new and the bathroom is almost spotless; linens and carpets are cleaned thoroughly as well - small room: we have a double room and the bed is good enough for two adults but the room itself is small. Travelers with big suitcases will find it challenging - cold toilet: it is winter and I don’t understand why they don’t turn on the heated toilet seat. We called the front desk but they said that was the way. The heat in the room is sufficient though.
