This place had a decent cleanliness and friendly staffs. Facilities were pretty good but a bit lacking in variety.
The room is clean, quiet, and not chaotic. The room has good soundproofing. The bathroom is clean and quiet, and the interior of the room is fresh with plenty of space and not cramped.
There are plenty of parking spaces available. You can park in front of the hotel or across the street where there is a laundry shop. Across the street, there is a 7-Eleven and a PTT gas station, which is convenient. The rooms are very spacious, the air conditioning is cold, but it may not be soundproof. Personally, I don't mind because I can easily sleep, but there is no elevator.
Nice and clean hotel located near downtown. Have a coin laundry on the opposite site of the hotel. There is also a convenient store nearby. The only downside is the limited number of parking spaces in front of the hotel. Parking space is also sloppy, so be careful when parking your car.

Everything is great, clean, convenient, and close, but the one thing is that if anyone is going to stay in the family room, there is only one air conditioner in the room that has two connected rooms. So if you want to go anywhere, you need to keep the air conditioner on a bit because it's very hot in Roi Et. I also ask the management to consider adding another air conditioner.
