This hotel is ideally located near Walking Street and Pattaya Beach, with excellent public transportation and plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The local streets are always buzzing with a vibrant atmosphere. However, the room’s cleanliness is a major drawback, with numerous insects and bugs present. The bathroom is cramped, outdated, and in need of proper cleaning and renovation. The staff are adequate, doing their job without being overly friendly. The main issue is the lack of cleanliness due to the pest problem. Despite this, it’s a great place to stay, and I’d likely return next time.

This place is on the prime location very close to walking street its very easy to explore nearby places like walking street pattaya beach. Rooms are very comfortable and clean so overall its a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a well rounded stay ☺️

The accommodation is good and convenient, located very close to Pattaya's walking street, but very close that it's not suitable for those coming to relax due to the loud music going on until around 4 AM+, and there will be traffic noise on the road all night and day. 2. The amenities in the room are good, but there is an issue with the bed. Since I booked a single bed room, I received two small beds pushed together, making it uncomfortable to sleep due to the gap in the middle. 3. The accommodation is located on Soi 2 in Pattaya, and there are many Arabs and Indians living in the area. If you're not a fan of that, you might want to pass it by. Overall, it is good; the staff is helpful, the room is clean, it's close to tourist attractions, and it's easy to get around. The hotel has parking available, but it may be somewhat limited.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
